Además utilizamos el enfoque mixto (Cualitativo y cuantitativo) a su vez aplicamos instrumentos de recolección de datos con la utilización de la encuesta aplicada a los estudiantes, docentes y padres con el fin de conocer cómo su interacción y comportamiento en el aula de clases, donde se pudo evidenciar e identificar los problemática de la poca importancia e implementación de valores éticos y morales afectan la formación integral también utilizamos los métodos bibliográfico, analítico, deductivo y estadístico. En la propuesta aplicada a los niños, se realizó guía metodológica sobre las valores éticos y morales con fines pedagógicos, la cual permitirá a todos mejorar la convivencia educativa y desarrollar la práctica, para obtener un mejor el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje.

Factors in either research have been associated with academic achievement are: The behavior of children of divorced parents, malnutrition, family disorganization, inpuntualidad student, child abuse, family migration and it is worth highlighting the personality of the teacher as part essential because a teacher must have encuenta their professional profile in order to reach their students and achieve a higher level, taking encuenta clear that each teacher has their different ways of qualifying, taking into account the individuality of their students. Carrera Educación Básica, 2009) Santillán Rojas, Mercy Maribel; Tocto Maula, Silvia Fernanda; Yánez Caminos, Roel LandívarEl equipo de trabajo de investigación tuvo el propósito de realizar un análisis profundo sobre “Planificación Educativa para Potenciar Capacidades Intelectuales” se sustenta en las dificultades que tiene algunos docentes en el desarrollo de capacidades intelectuales en los estudiantes del décimo año de Educación Básica del Colegio Nacional “Ángel Polibio Chaves” del Catón San Miguel, Provincia Bolívar; periodo lectivo 2008-2009. Hemos partido del diagnóstico de la Institución donde nos permitió conocer el problema que estamos investigando, y de esta manera fue posible detectar varios intereses, necesidades que requieren ser tratados. Para ejecutar la investigación, se aplicó el siguiente proceso, se determino el tipo de investigación a realizarse como es bibliográfica de campo y argumentativa por que las características del tema así lo requieren, los métodos que utilizados, fueron inductivo, deductivo, bibliográfico, analítico, sintético, histórico lógico, para recolectar la información en el lugar mismo de los hechos apoyados de la técnica de la encuesta fue un cuestionario dirigido a 118 Estudiantes, y a 19 Docentes del décimo año de Educación Básica del Colegio Nacional “Ángel Polibio Chaves,” dando una población de 137 participantes, luego de la aplicación de las encuestas se procedió a tabular los datos obtenidos dándonos resultados sorprendentes con respecto a la Planificación Educativa para Potenciar Capacidades Intelectuales en los estudiantes. A través de la investigación de campo se obtuvo resultados que comprobaron la hipótesis y justificaron la necesidad de buscar alternativas de solución al problema identificado que es una realidad observable y es así que se llegó a las conclusiones que la Planificación Educativa que los maestros ofrecen a los estudiantes, no logran desarrollar las capacidades intelectuales que se requiere para un aprendizaje significativo. Sugerimos a los docentes actualizarse en Planificación Educativa para que ofrezcan una educación de calidad, a los estudiantes, con una buena planificación lograran desarrollar capacidades intelectuales como la memoria, comprensión imaginación, creatividad, inteligencia y pensamiento. En la parte final consta de la propuesta, la misma que contiene soluciones para superar el problema presentado. Para poder fundamentar el proyecto hemos seleccionado una metodología que nos ayudé a sustentar, administrar y ejecutar un seguimiento y control de todas las actividades que realizan los maestros en la institución propuesta para la investigación.

Carrera de Educación Básica, 2010) Baños Gaibor, Rosalva Janeth; Toro Rosel, Verónica Marilin; Abril Arboleda, Heriberto TemístoclesEl presente trabajo analiza la relación existente la lectura en el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje de los estudiantes del sexto Año de Educación General Básica de la Parroquia Central, Cantón Chillanes, Provincia Bolívar. Se hizo con posibilidades de optimizar e innovar el contexto socioeducativo, en la búsqueda de un ambiente de respeto, solidaridad, cooperación y participación de todos los actores del colectivo pedagógico en el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje. Para conseguir los objetivos de este trabajo se llevó a cabo una investigación cuantitativa, de campo y acción en sus niveles descriptivos y explicativos, los cuales se desarrollaron en cuatro momentos con sus respectivos elementos constitutivos: El Problema; Marco Teórico; Metodología y el Marco Administrativo. En la primera etapa se ejecutó un análisis del contexto comunitario, revisión bibliográfica con autores actuales sobre el tema. Además expusimos con claridad el criterio personal de acuerdo a nuestra experiencia, misma que hizo posible sustentar el trabajo investigativo. En el Marco Teórico asumimos los conceptos, presupuestos teóricos y otros elementos, la concepción científica obtenida, nos sirvió para articular adecuadamente la hipótesis con sus respectivas variables a fin de posibilitar un estudio claro y coherente que beneficie a la consecución fundamental que es el mejoramiento de la lectura para que el rendimiento escolar de los educandos tengan los logros esperados. La metodología explica detalladamente el modelo aplicado, la población o universo que está constituida de 61 estudiantes y 4 profesores seleccionados de acuerdo a la temática, haciendo una exposición de los instrumentos seleccionados y su procedimiento operativo. En la recolección de datos se utilizó la Técnica de la Encuesta aplicada a los docentes, estudiantes que nos facilitó recoger la información, a la vez, que se la fue sistematizando a fin de efectuar el referido análisis e interpretación de resultados. El análisis y discusión de resultados se exponen a través de cuadros, gráficos y sus correspondientes interpretaciones, conclusiones y recomendaciones, así como la comprobación de la hipótesis con ayuda de la estadística descriptiva apoyada en el método porcentual esta investigación no solo pretende llegar hasta la parte de las conclusiones y recomendaciones, sino el de formular una propuesta, después del análisis hecho sobre la base de los resultados obtenidos en forma global. Es una propuesta importante para iniciar una nueva etapa de desarrollo educativo, los esfuerzos que se realicen para revertir esta situación posibilitarán disponer de una población educada que pueda enfrentar adecuadamente los retos que impone el actual proceso de apertura y globalización de la economía. Planteamos soluciones y logros esperados de los diferentes actores que conforman el colectivo pedagógico institucional; por lo tanto, son orientaciones de carácter público que señalan las metas que deben alcanzarse para conseguir una educación de calidad. Verificar los conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes de los actores educativos (estudiantes, docentes), los mismos que se evidencian en acciones y desempeños que pueden ser observados y evaluados en los contextos en los que estos se desenvuelven.

Teaching Learning Process established for comprehensive training in educational reform. Ante la necesidad de concienciar a los docentes de esta institución acerca de la metodología de mentefactos y el desarrollo del pensamiento no encontramos datos experimentales que permitan confirmar la utilización de mentefactos como potencialidad ores de desarrollo del pensamiento conceptual en los niños-as. Aceptadas estas limitaciones, se resumen principios básicos sobre la metodología de mentefactos y desarrollo del pensamiento y algunas propuestas recientes acerca de su funcionalidad en el desarrollo del pensamiento. Al analizar la validez de la esta interrelación, se puede presumir que el desarrollo del pensamiento de los niños está influido por las oportunidades que se presente para enriquecer tal proceso y los mentefactos demandan operaciones intelectuales. Los datos que se han obtenido sobre el pensamiento conceptual y los mentefactos, carece de datos experimentales suficientes que permitan establecer con certeza la interrelación que existe entre mentefactos y desarrollo del pensamiento. Casi todos los estudios de desarrollo del pensamiento realizados enfatizan en la necesidad de enriquecer las estructura cognitiva mediante estímulos y dilemas cognitivos pues solamente mediante el ejercicio podemos mejorar nuestra habilidad mental y en esta investigación luego de aplicados los instrumentos 12 pudimos observar con bastante aproximación la carencia de aprendizajes que potencien esta habilidad. En lo que respecta a desarrollo del pensamiento y por estar relacionado a una de las partes más compleja del ser humano como lo es el cerebro todavía existen grandes vacíos de conocimiento, debido quizás a la misma complejidad de los factores comprometidos (genéticos, aéreas de la corteza cerebral, la inteligencias múltiples, ambientales, educativos y la nutrición oportuna del cerebro), que dificultan su evaluación e interpretación y, por tanto el diseño de investigaciones relevantes del tema. Reconocidas las limitaciones que aún existen en el tratamiento sobre mentefactos y el desarrollo del pensamiento, el presente trabajo enfatiza principios básicos sobre las operaciones intelectuales que demanda la elaboración de los mentecatos y por lo tanto su aporte al desarrollo del pensamiento conceptual. Previo una revisión documental sobre los factores que disminuyen la probabilidades de desarrollar el pensamiento conceptual. Se espera que el esfuerzo que hemos plasmado en este trabajo sea un aporte enriquecedor al trabajo de los docentes y a la comunidad educativa objeto de nuestra preocupación y sea el inicio de cambio de patrones rutinarios. No hemos querido sino buscar estrategias que simplifiquen el trabajo docente y que nos ayude a cambiar el esquema mental de nuestros estudiantes convirtiéndolos en agentes competentes. La tarea es de todos y pretendemos también ser un reflejo de lo que exteriorizamos.

Formulado el problema, se describen los antecedentes que sirvieron para centrar el estudio como instrumentos operadores del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Se justifica el problema de investigación describiendo la necesidad de darle un tratamiento sistemático que permita superar esta área problémica y proponer alternativas de mejoramiento. También describe como novedad científica el articular una teoría didáctica con la práctica que a diario viven los maestros con sus estudiantes. Para estructurar el trabajo se formulan los objetivos, tanto general como específico, se planteó la respectiva hipótesis en donde se operacionalizan las variables, tanto independiente, como dependiente. A continuación se consigna un marco teórico desglosado en los aspectos científicos, conceptuales, legales y referenciales. El diseño metodológico hace referencia al diseño de la metodología investigativa, los métodos y técnicas utilizados; los instrumentos para la recolección de datos y cómo procesar esta información recabada. El capítulo III se refiere al análisis e interpretación de los datos que previamente han sido organizados y tabulados en tablas estadísticas. Finalmente, el presente trabajo nos dará una visión crítica de la realidad de los dicentes en cuanto a su avance académico y en relación a los docentes propiciará una profunda reflexión del proceso de planificación que se implementa en el área de ortografía, aspectos importantes si son considerados para comenzar a transformar el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje. Esta actividad se ha venido realizando de forma manual (como en casi todas las instituciones educativas del cantón San José de Chimbo) con la aparición de nuevas tecnologías para el manejo y administración de la información, se ha creído conveniente generar como aplicación informática basada en el uso de base de datos, desarrollado en Visual Basic 6.0 y Sql Server 2005 para poder mejorar el proceso de Matricula y Control de Calificaciones de los estudiantes de la institución antes mencionada. El objetivo principal de este proyecto informático es hacer más fácil el trabajo del director y personal administrativo que allí laboran, este sistema los ayudará a llevar el Proceso de Matrículas y Control de las Calificaciones, a través de una Base de Datos que ayudara a automatizar el proceso de los registros a los docentes y personal administrativo, mejorando así la institución Educativa en nuestro parroquia la Asunción. Con la utilización de un sistema informático que será diseñado con herramientas fáciles de aplicar y manipular, creemos que se podrá facilitar a la directiva de la Escuela Coronel José García una manera más correcta de desarrollar sus informes sin tener que preocuparse por hacer cálculos o tener la información a la disposición en papel, sino de una manera más sencilla y eficaz hablando en términos informáticos. Además de tener un acceso a las calificaciones de los estudiantes e informes con datos completos acerca de los mismos como son sus nombres completos, edades, dirección, grado que cursan, entre otros. Consideramos que a través de este sistema informático podamos dar soluciones oportunas y efectivas con la automatización del proceso de matrículas a esta institución.

This study was carried out especially in the seventh year-old students that study in the school Dario Guevara of the canton Puerto Quito, for that which primary and secondary information was obtained, a survey format was applied to the students and the representatives and an interview to the teachers. We have considered important to apply the following independent variable, inter.culturality like traverse axis and dependent variable development of the inter-learning it is undeniable that the home culture like part of the biggest society is a dynamic relationship with nature and the social group where is configuring the cultural identity, preponderant factor in area of the personality, the inter – culturality has as purpose to reach a society in which the human rights are not harmed and one walks to a peaceful and harmonious coexistence among all the human beings. The most appropriate methods were used to the investigation. Inductive. - It allows us to leave the peculiar of the knowledge of the educational work with the students, their planning and contents before arriving to the general of the formation of the students and it allows us to conclude in the analyses of the causes and their effects that are in the present problem. Deductive. - It allows us to have a reflexive, synthetic and analytic access of the problem, their manifestations and effects and to assume general conclusions of easy application in the alternative solution of the problem. Historical logical. - It allows to be carried out a historical analysis of the advance of the educational problem, especially in detecting the failures of the students. Inside the analysis and interpretation of results the most remarkable were: In the seventh years of basic education there is a great cultural wealth and certainly diversity of cultures, the one that prevails is the mestizo culture, then the montubios, in a less percentage the African-Ecuadorian culture and the natives (Indians), some children are also themselves determined as white, being noticed an absence in the recognition of their identity. The representatives of the school in their majority foment the dialogue in their children, they also inculcate in a less percentage the customs and the traditional parties and in that way to achieve that doesn‟t get lost their cultural identity. In the educational ones (teachers) it is a knowledge that goes varying and changing due to the time, the students partly relate knowledge with their culture since today new learning forms exist and in the only way that they relate it is the different events that carries out the institution and of the home and they maintain this way the relationship with their culture. With the obtained data it has been able to check the hypothesis in the following way: the inter-culturality influences in the social and cultural development of the children and seventh year of basic education and this way we can more thoroughly know the failures that the students present in the moment to be related in the inter-learning with the other members of the group of different cultures. It has been reached the following conclusion: That the children and the seventh year of basic education need to have a deep knowledge of the inter-culturality meaning because it exists a percentage that themselves denominate according to their own approach, without realizing that culture comes in fact, so that the educational one should make conscience and to work in group, developing all the values, as the respect, reciprocity solidarity, etc. In the final recommendation, it is suggested to carry out seminaries of coexistence intercultural and to foment the cooperation relationships with the school, social parts and cultural sectors so that they solve their cultural differences with understanding words, knowing that all are people that are in process of formation intercultural to learn how to cohabit with the other without caring the culture of which comes. As one of the most important characteristics in the proposal, it is important to emphasize that in this pedagogic strategy practices the differences cultural present in the classroom, It isn‟t the object of an intercultural education, but to welcome each students cultural wealth that strengthens the academic coexistence from their Cosmo-vision, without imposition or domain of a new culture that it is very common in the school spaces, where the learning is imposed, without considering the cultural diversity of students.
