Departamento de Posgrado, 2005-11) Bolaños Cruz, Martha Auristela; Jiménez Guevara, Norma Cristina; Lara Olalla, Marco VinicioThe thesis is a literature and field research by selected instruments previously discovered how best to manage the human talents by managing by values. Surveys the authorities, teachers, parents and mothers, students, administrative and service staff and each pointed out that the values are those that will move prior to the exercise of a human act is performed. There are no contradictions in how the assessments that allow institutional development values. The emphasis is on the social growth will be only when of individual development. The theory that every human being should include the range of values but in every circumstance of life can prioritize and choose the most convenient is defined. Is also associated to the value produces spiritual wealth and that wealth through the exercise of punctuality, responsibility and order produce material wealth. The country tardiness and disorder lose lots of money. Therefore; a theory to the authority who should exercise their educational management with justice, but at the same time administrative staff should respect the voice of authority, ie the values established chain work. As the adult in practice checks the value of the theory also shows that age is not a determining factor in the performance indicator values but it is vital in the conception of value. The theory is compared to different values, trying to establish differences and similarities between them. Human development in specific institutions; It is a process of quality improvement which the authority exercises its supremacy over the other members of the institution. The teacher, you are given the opportunity to discover in the Education Act, the full range of values that make possible the development of his personality as a professional and incentive to provide systems that belong only to it (teaching) such as evaluation Quality, democratic attitude, balance and emotional maturity. It is determined that the service personnel is aware of the activities undertaken by all members of the institution and how important it is that the education manager provides material resources to fulfill its mission, otherwise an educational community without material resources, not can be developed according to the program advances that education requires. a picture of hierarchical values is elaborate according to institutional needs and specific on what actions and how to develop the value specifically pending innovative management strategies is provided collectively, the set of values for everyone to fulfill its mission short, medium and long term and presents new social, paradigms and indicators such as migration allowing the institution dialectically adapt to change processes. The quality of the goodwill and intellectual formation while never link man as the sole architects of their own individual decisions that can positively or negatively affect the assessment of a team is associated. It is made of Educational Manager, a being able to resolve conflict constructively increasing their capacity for analysis, to distinguish between the man and the value, and identifying them as reciprocal beings despite their essential difference, the concrete one and the other abstract . The transcendence of man's based from the perspective of their individual essence always reproyectará the collective level and the fulfillment of their obligations is a strategy that should be encouraged by the manager, communication, example and demonstration. Planning management systems stimulated by the axiological characteristics that strengthen each of its members, taking into account that all institutions have strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are studied. Individual becomes collective strength and the opportunities. The principles are based on the Education Act determining that the administrative models are present tacitly or explicitly and in the spirit of the Act. It is important to recognize that often the failure of the law is due to the lack of analysis that leads to misunderstanding and as such to the lack of fulfillment of all groups. In the proposal, important lessons to be effectively expressed in the daily life of the school, which raise specific changes in the structure and life itself, constitute a democracy that recognizes the importance of compliance with the standard, they are generated and internalization compliance is a learning built individually, and is a project of institutional life. The collective compliance between teachers, students, administrators, parents, administrative and service; strengthens the attitude of law enforcement to education to improve the quality of education, physical space, teaching practice and resolution of conflicts, transparent procedures for evaluation and decision-making. Thus, ideology becomes transparent with the hypothetical students wishing to participate in disciplinary processes of self evaluation. In conflict resolution dialogue supplant any form of abuse, this being a consequence of the exercise of responsibility solidarity and justice. The institution and disseminate timely, academically start and end of the school year, including students and their parents governed by punctuality of teachers and administrative staff. The proposal is reading not a rhetoric of moral court, but readings generating ideas that enable the exercise of values in everyday life, in the classroom, courtyard, in the instances of illustrative decision, management and educationally sums contribute substantially to the construction of a project of society that believes in the value of man way.

- ItemGerencia de los laboratorios de Ciencias Naturales de los Colegios de la ciudad de Guaranda en el año lectivo 2005- 2006(Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. Departamento de Posgrado, 2006-12) Mora Ruiz, Iván Alfonso; Barragán Camacho, MiltonIn an age where competitive integration is necessary for unfolding condition, it is clear that education as a basic part of society among its principles should apply the capacity of each of the actors and the theory and practice the cornerstone for achieve. Pragmatism is immersed in all activities of the human being, because its basic function is to give clear indications of how we are working in that exercise. This research aimed to study and analyze how come MANAGING laboratories of Natural Sciences and implement a proposal for improving professional skills in the area professors who teach Natural Sciences Laboratory of the schools in the city of Guaranda. Statistical analyzes have shown that in the schools of the city are still using traditional models of lecturing without taking into account that in several areas it is necessary to link theory with practice, so this process makes students feel no one true motivation for learning. Young people should be formed in consideration of the new organization and production systems in relation to the increasing demands for knowledge and handling technologies. A model to direct education about competencies involves emphasizing the importance of learning with practice, so it requires the flexible and adaptable curriculum to local, regional and national context; so it is necessary then the link with all the actors who believe in change. Our proposal seeks to develop the capacity for innovation, adaptation, critical, logical thinking and continuous learning of teachers and administrators and students. The theoretical basis of this work is in the theory of Management and Educational Management that focuses development effort accrediting skills to build knowledge based on practice. Furthermore, this approach we propose responsive to the need to find a point of convergence between education and employment. It is not that jobs but that the capabilities of each individual is crucial to personal development are created. This approach to skills management and laboratory management is adapted to the need for change, characteristic of today's society as it is a dynamic concept that prints emphasis and value on human capacity to innovate and to cope with change and manage it for him rather than passively wait. We are aware that in actual practice the highest percentage of teachers resort to methods focused on teaching, regardless understanding, skills, abilities and prior knowledge that students can bring from their daily practice to foster meaningful learning . The lack of teachers about the skills required by the labor market is the main evidence of the gap between the planned and practiced, becoming become one of the flaws that prevent the achievement of a well-founded curriculum development, because the students do not perform practices and reports that register are not disclosed to the real actors, likewise, no diagnostic tests to detect the level of labor competency applied consequently if teachers know under what conditions students are not They may provide the required support. Addressing the problem in the science labs is to give a turn to the results of application of knowledge and skills, refers to know-how in the context through practice, hence the competence of both teachers and students demonstrated by the performance of the person in different circumstances and contexts, so that the training currently is offered to students must be related to the theory and practice, to provide students access possibilities to the construction of new knowledge. From the foregoing, I can conclude that it should give priority to programs that include the linking of theory with practice, based on competencies, through which the interaction of several sets of skills, abilities and attitudes necessary to seek development of the individual.

The second part dedicates it to define the one in route to continuing inside the process of the science we define the method, the study type, the universe and sample, as well as, the techniques and tools that were good for the development of the present work. The third part understands the analysis and interpretation of results that it allowed us to culminate with the elaboration of the last chapter that is the investigation proposal where we outline the solution to the opposing problem, by means of the implementation of a guide for the formation of educational leaders in the institutional administration of the school Manuel of Echeandía, based on a new type of educational leadership inside the school institutions.
- ItemPlan estratégico para mejorar la calidad de servicio del Departamento de Orientación y Bienestar Estudiantil de la Unidad Educativa “Liceo Cristiano” de Guayaquil periodo 2007-2011(Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, Departamento de Postgrado, 2007-02) Mite Tutiven, Gladys Rocío; Secaira Jurado, Janette Azucena; Castaño Oliva, RafaelStrategic Plan to improve the Quality of Service of the Department of Orientation and Student Wealth at Unidad Educativa “LICEO CRISTIANO” of Guayaquil, period 2007- 2011. The necessity of chose this theme is because through all the years of existence of the DOBE department, it doesn’t exist the importance to do the job due to many responsibilities and the lack of personal for all the students of the school. We count only with 2 professionals that work during all the day at the morning and the afternoon shift. Attending cases from the different levels of education: kinder garden, primary education, and high school. Also we count with a Social Worker that visits the different student houses in order to analyze and present the respective informs. I order to threat the cases at the DOBE, we need privacy and by not having it, its creating inconvenience among the students, parents and teachers. This is the reason why we design a Strategic Plan to improve the quality of service of Department of Orientation and Student Wealth. The technological advance in the different fields of the human activity, the scientific advance and the social dynamism, demands for a permanent innovation and changes in education as a response of the new society. At the study that we realize we saw the importance to improve the quality of service of the department, due that the quality of service of the department of vocational orientation was questioned. The principal arguments that we find in the interviews and surveys were the amount of students for each personnel, the lack of valorization on the roll, the bad attitudes from the parents and the familiars that influence over the student behavior, the necessity of make stronger the family heart, the lack of physical space, the lack of continuous professional formation. In relation with the amount of students of the school, the professionals dedicated to the orientation job, are not the required for specific cases. Nowadays in the educational process we face many crisis in values and in the behavioral model, having the task the Department of Orientation and Student Wealth at Unidad Educativa “LICEO CRISTIANO” of Guayaquil develop all the necessary strategies that allows to improve all the participants of the educational community. For this reason the DOBE decided to design a Strategic Plan that considers students, teachers, area directors, parents, and the community, in order to follow and evaluate each one of them. The implementation of this plan will allow the improvement of the quality of service of the DOBE, letting people know what really professional Educational orientation is. Its objectives, functions, who are the actors of this process, the planning, the purposes, types of planning, models of planning, what is Strategic Planning, models of planning of the DOBE were we let to know each of their moments, quality of education, principles of quality of education, constant improvement and a quality transformation plan. The methods to use in order to improve the quality of service of the department are theory and empiric methods, the use of particular methods in the qualitative research. (Life stories, participant observation, depth interviews, FODA, support of the vision, mission, politics, and strategies) In order to analyze the strategic plan we proceed to collect information of the population, according to the distributive of the sample, with the purpose to apply a structured survey with questions for the students, teachers and parents. Having as a result the application of the test, and visit the Open House of different Universities. The DOBE gives the information and clears any doubt according to the interests and opportunities that each student has on any professional career on our country. Due to the amount of students that the school have, the DOBE department doesn’t give all the necessary help due to the lack of personal and privacy to perform this task. Also as a result we found differences in the level of interaction between Students, Teachers, Directors, Parents and the Community. As a conclusion that the quality of service of the Department of Orientation and Student Wealth is not the correct due to the frequency on the factors such as: deficiency of the of the personnel, physic space, the interaction between the social media and the school, and the absence of integration of the teachers and directors to the orientation labor. The DOBE’s Strategic Plan considers concrete actions to make to participate the different human groups of the institution and the educational community with the orientation labor, which will lead to improve the quality of service of the department. The characteristics of the proposal and the phases of the Strategic Plan for the DOBE includes the vision, mission, general and specific objectives, politics, strategies, the strategic and operational plan, were we can look the activities that are going to be realized with the responsible person. The level of compliment and the resources to use in the different action programs were participates the students, authorities, teachers, parents, and the community, looking for an objective to each of them. From this part it’s necessary to transform the educational aspects under the principle that the youth will receive the priority. That the spaces given to these actors let them expand their potential and obtain knowledge and skills in order to understand the reality and creativity and take an action on it and elevate the self stem trough the education. As a summary, the concept of quality of service in the frame of the paradigm of the conduct’s and the technology must be overcome. The ideal educational community were parents and teachers participate together in taking decisions and be concern that their children learn and be respected is indispensable. The teachers must be prepared with responsibilities and with a big motivation in order to promote the apprenticeship in the classroom. Through affection and kindness create rights and responsibilities in the children’s and adolescents in order they can assume a roll with dignity and without disgrace. Improve the quality of service of the Department of Orientation and Student Wealth is giving back benefits to our institution. We sum to this the creation and implementation of the Parents School, a team conformed to give orientation and give advices to parents, in order to give support to the family. We have suggest to the authorities to give all the opportunities to improve the academic aspect, and in the teaching - learning techniques, the achievement is at sight. Our institution counts with the lowest index of desertions and repeaters, it represents a personal and institutional satisfaction. We think that by applying this project we can reach to improve even more the service to our community, being an example for the rest of particular and governmental institutions.

This approach to skills and the application of innovated curricula that meet the need for change characteristic of modern society, as it is a dynamic concept that prints emphasis and value on human capacity to innovate and to cope with change and manage it for him instead of waiting passively. Considering that the pre-school education, is very important because it is the fundamental scenario to establish bases in the cognitive, psychomotor and social development of children, the Ministry of Education and Culture, through the Interministerial Agreement # 004 of June 26 of 2002, in their 1 st. Article, formalizes the validity of the present National Curricular Referent for the Initial Education of the children and girls between zero and five years old, and in Art. 2: states that the necessary Institutional Curricula must be elaborated in response to the guideline of the Curricular Referent", but since until the present date, an appropriate Institutional Curricular Design has not been elaborated, and even worse an appropriate classroom design has not been elaborated either; with these antecedents as a foundation, we have believed it pertinent and necessary to elaborate the Microcurricular Design, with the purpose of having it serve as a guide for the pre-school teachers. This model is centered in the zero to five year-old children, as social actors subject of rights and teachings, parting from the reality of the scientific and technical contributions which serves as a guide for the thesis. The training of the pre-school teachers involved in the process was also considered. We considered their training in the use of methodological strategies and curricular planning validated by the Provincial Direction of Education and Culture of Guayas, through the DINAMEP. In conclusion, the proposal stated by the Microcurricular Design for the Initial Education process of children between four and five years, was built and profiled through the work, investigation and the contribution of experienced and qualified teachers and pre-school educators and adapted to the reality and chronological age of their students, therefore this guide provides lessons for life. It was carried out under the following action lines: it is open and flexible, it has a referential and orienting character for the pedagogic work of Initial Education. The conceptual bases of the Curriculum are the Constructivist and the Conceptual Pedagogy. The curriculum incorporates the development of the main axis which are: the affectivity, creativity, and logical reasoning which should be immersed in the following Development Axes: Personal, Social, Cognitive, and Psychomotor that also include the group of experiences, dexterities, abilities and attitudes that the children will develop in their process of integral formation; the profile of the boy's and girl’s development; the classroom planning, induces to the significant learning in terms of capacities and that it is not bounded to the accumulation of knowledge. The methodological strategies such as games and the arts, the schedule of classes (from 08h00 to 12h00, with two daily recesses of thirty minutes each one, one for a snack and the other one for rest); the evaluation system that was applied to evaluate the capacities, abilities and not only their knowledge. All of these impacted positively in the children integral education that is to say with a focus on the development of the processes (skills) and not exclusively on the contents, therefore it is adapted to an achievement format (standard) E.g.: Very satisfactory, Satisfactory, Not satisfactory. The school régime for trimester is kept. Teachers were also qualified so that they know and are able to manage the curricular planning and the methodological strategies (art and game). This way the teaching-learning process is planned and improved without interruptions to respond to the National Curricular Referent basic limits. The beneficiaries of this scientific investigation were the 162 children primarily from four to five years of age, the educators in general and concretely those of the Initial Educational Center “Little Friends Let’s Learn” of the city of Guayaquil. With the application of the project which included the training of the personnel that works at this level, we achieved that the teaching-learning process becomes a more dynamic and motivational one, with classes properly planned and sequenced in accord with the children chronological age. Art work and games were an important part of the daily routines which had a direct influence in the kids willingness to attend classes which can be replied in other Initial Education Centers, that they work with children and girls in this age. The legal bases that the present project has are: Interministerial Agreement # 004 published on the month of June of year 2002, and signed by the Minister of Education and Culture, the Minister of Welfare, the Minister of Labor and human resources, the Minister of Public Health, the Minister of Urban Development and Housing, the Technical Secretary of the Social Front, The Code of the childhood and the Adolescence, among others. This way we contribute to achieve the changes that are required in the Educational System, since the destination of the country and of the new generations it depends on that we make now to form the future of our Country and that of our children and daughters.
- ItemDiseño de un plan estratégico de comunicación institucional en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje del Centro Educativo Matriz g-3 de la ciudad de Guayaquil(Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. Departamento de Posgrado, 2007-05) Osorio, Alexandra Jordàn; Vargas Gonzàlez, Glenda; Castaño Oliva, RafaelOur research is a qualitative study through which we aim to establish the importance of corporate communication, Parent Education Center G-3. Why we have set the following problem: The need to improve institutional communication between different groups involved in the teaching - learning process Matrix Education Center G-3 through the design of a strategic plan aimed at achieving the objective . Concomitant to the overall objective problem arises: Design a strategic communication plan that ensures the flow of timely and relevant information to help achieve the mission and goals of the Matrix Center. Based on the assumption that: An Institutional Strategic Plan consider a training plan for principals and teachers, workshops for students, school for parents and Monitoring and Evaluation of it will improve communication between actors from academia: students, teachers, managers and parents. The theoretical framework is an analysis of new trends in communication in the educational field, approaches, possibilities and dangers of poor or nonexistent Institutional Educational Communication through the development of diverse and varied educational programs, seeking to implement measures that articulate effective and efficient individuals in their social context way. The importance for the development of the institution in general purposes, principles, fundamentals, good communication objectives. In addition deepens in a study of planning, its genesis, evolution and conceptualisation, to take as a model for our research strategic planning and particularly the educational strategic planning model as the most appropriate to our field of study, which allows us to address educational institutions with the active participation of all professionals that comprise it. In terms of methodology covering the second chapter, a qualitative analysis of the results obtained in order to verify the importance of strategic planning in Institutional Communication for CEM-G-3 it is made. In this type of investigation is noted, the same we made it through the design field because we apply surveys, interviews and observation, using the methods: Descriptivo.- because to continue the research process we need data collection, analysis, systematization, interpretation to arrive at conclusions and recommendations that allowed us to build the alternative proposal. Analytical - Sintético.- because it allowed us to enter into an analysis of the factors influencing the problem and thus find alternative solutions. It was taken as a universe with different members that make up the educational community of CEM G-3: Rector, Vice Rector, Governing Institutions, Teachers, Parents and Students. In the third chapter, processing and data analysis we were performed and the following steps were taken: Scale variables nominal and ordinal type Data collection through card of: Surveys and interview guide. tabulation, analysis and interpretation of the results. Descriptive statistics were applied Application of SWOT Matrix Preparation of conclusions and recommendations Through this analysis it was possible to test the hypothesis qualitatively, because the type of communication that has developed in the CEM-G-3 has been functioning irregularly and without the application of any strategy or planning to guide its actions, and we need to propose a model of Strategic Plan that enables them to manage and improve institutional communication in turn provide higher quality services that meet the demands of all those involved in the educational work. Finally the proposal of "Design of a Strategic Plan to improve the Institutional Communication in the teaching - learning process Matrix Education Center G-3". In this part of the thesis presents the design of the proposal through the model of Strategic Planning Education, following the sequence of the respective moments that mention is made in the theoretical framework, the same as after making the strategic diagnosis allowed us ask the mission, policy vision, goals and strategies that will allow us through actions to reach the goals in the strategic plan. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are identified, and then enter a process of construction of the scenarios that can act CEM and schools q to set it up in a third time alternative strategies to guide their actions, by Finally the operational plans to be implemented in order to evaluate the results of the proposal are presented. We considered that the main programs of action are: • Training Plan for teachers and administrators. • Workshop for Managers: Strategies for Institutional Broadcasting. • Communication Workshop for students. • Workshop School for parents.
- ItemModelo de liderazgo gerencial para el mejoramiento del proceso educativo del colegio fiscal mixto “Patria Ecuatoriana” de la ciudad de Guayaquil en el período lectivo 2006-2007(Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. Departamento de Posgrado, 2007-05) Banchón Alvarado, Marilyn Francisca; Pardo Castillo, Raúl Oswaldo; Aroca Pazmiño, Marthahis thesis has as main purpose the practice of a new model of managerial leadership in Fiscal Mixto "Patria Ecuadorian" Association for the educational manager as manager and strategist in solving organizational problems detected in the context of the educational community ( classroom - school - community) with the aspiration of improving the educational process. To fulfill this work, it was considered first, the educational reality in the field of the College "Patria Ecuadorian" making an objective, clear and precise description of the situations observed in relation to the organizational model, administrative processes (planning, management, organization and control, and management processes (communication, motivation, decision making and leadership) existing in the educational community under study in order to establish a diagnosis and management plan strategies to solve organizational problems identified in the community. We are in the need to work for the formation of leaders in education and ethical capacity to create and transform education systems serve to meet the country's needs with innovation and quality; distinguished by its approach covering the areas of teaching, research, planning and leadership. The proposal set out below is based on an innovative model of managerial leadership that contributes to improving the educational process in Fiscal Mixto "Patria Ecuadorian" College. The problem identified was the absence of an updated leadership, which has led to stagnation in the educational process, diminishing the prestige gained years ago. Previously diagnosed the problem as a major flaw in the Ecuadorian educational institutions, so didactic difficulties, understanding the citizen, its location role that is focused on the thesis are: "Model of Management Leadership for Improvement Process Education of "Patria Ecuadorian" Mixed Fiscal School of Guayaquil for school year 2006-2007, which is why this research, because it is considered very necessary to contribute to the reduction of such unfortunate problem certainly is a difficulty is found not only in schools Prosecutors as the "Patria Ecuadorian" but in other educational institutions of the country and the world. With the problem statement, presenting the hypothesis, the direction of a practical methodology that led to the analysis and synthesis are still allowed explicitly formulated objectives set and served for the measurement and monitoring of the achievements in the research work. The hypothesis led to the variables, which are best understood in the operationalization box where the questions with which we worked on the research instruments were obtained. Scientific theory presents a clear and precise transformational leadership approach, through dialogue, decision making, action and evaluation, you can identify the needs of the school community, share ideas, reflect, criticize constructively, research, create, plan Instead, implement innovations and determine their effectiveness; as well as relate them, we specify with its direct impact on the academic performance of students, because a quality educational institution presents alternative solutions to stimulate all areas of learning, in their interactions with colleagues and managers to achieve its participation and desire to serve Ecuadorian children more efficiently. The obtained information collected availing of field research methodology, as expressed in Chapter II, because all the inquiries are conducted at the scene, that is, the "Patria Ecuadorian" College. It is also a non-experimental type because it does not approach the actual experimentation. It is descriptive-explanatory because studies go beyond a simple description of concepts or phenomena on the model of managerial leadership and improving the educational process and variables; The study was led to argue about the problem, its background and justification, as well as testing the hypothesis of our proposal. Through the instruments of data collection: interviews and surveys of executives, staff DOBE, Teachers, Parents and students were papers valid for Chapter III displayed for a better understanding of statistical graphics, which were duly analyzed and according to this conclusions and recommendations for each of the difficulties, which allowed them to test our hypothesis and achieve the overall objective raised. In Chapter IV, raised the proposal "Innovative Leadership Model Management INMOLBANPAR" which was structured based on the great problem encountered in Fiscal Mixto "Patria Ecuadorian" College absence of a model of managerial leadership updated for process improvement education, which causes all critically unfold in almost all orders of human society. The afore-mentioned group is at a low level both in the socio-economic and academic, so that the methodology used by teachers must be selected with care and commitment throughout the school year for achievements that improve the educational work. Our model of managerial leadership believes that the educational leader, more than strength and put on a big say in the pursuit of quality education must meet certain axiological characteristics that complement the profile of the leading management education, the same as you exercise will allow a significant leadership for the good of the institution. This thesis has focused an important issue, "Leadership and influence in School"; subject of much coverage for both the educator and administrative leader, whose purpose is to exercise good leadership in the educational center that directs to contribute to the institutional improvement and their manager, should not forget that the success or failure of an institution depends on the leader who leads his administration. The purpose of this work on educational leadership is guiding members of this institution to improve its scope, leaving the traditional schemes and all trace of authoritarianism to make way for an animator, architect of change and transformational leadership, which benefiting the entire educational community, especially students, improving the educational process that has been in decline in recent years, making him lose his seat for years managed. This research is tight with scientific rigor regarding the use of the corresponding elements: Speculative Philosophy, Theoretical Framework, Methodology, Corrientes Epistemological. All they articulated in a logical and coherent language that give the work unit approach.

MaríaThis work is a summary about the Evaluation from the Academic Acting to the Educational one to get an education of quality. So much in the Latin American and National European context the different educational realities are investigated in order to ending up discovering in form real white and affordable the importance of the Evaluation to the Educational ones. The evaluation is understood as the exam that an educational institution carries out, either for itself (car evaluation), with its members' wide participation through a critical analysis and an I dialogue reflexive, or either with participation of external appraisers (external evaluation), about the entirety of the institutional activities in order to overcome the existent obstacles and to consolidate the reached achievements stops in consistency with the mission and objectives that he/she has intended and the social expectations, to project them to the future in a permanent search of the excellence; the evaluation is part of an educational process and he/she cannot forget the social and political mark that wraps it. The evaluation is not only an appendix of the formation process, but mainly of orientation and as such, it leaves entirely of the educational activity. On this base, it becomes indispensable to restate an evaluation system that bears to an appropriate educational practice scientifically and that it allows to the educational one the car evaluation, coevaluación and hetero evaluation of their work. From this point of view the processes evaluativos should not be constituted alone in elements that allow to improve the education but rather, also, it can incorporate in the individuals to transform the society. To reach these demands not only requires of transformations in the material order of the school centers, but in the application of address styles and the professional behavior of the educational ones that point to an effective improvement of their professional acting to face the challenge for the quality of the education. Quality is, in consequence, something more than a method or tool, constitute a philosophy: the philosophy of the administration of total quality that implies that the whole Institution should drift, to execute, to evaluate and to adjust. If it is considered that the evaluation should support the acting of the educational one through the retro periodic feeding of its academic activities to identify strengths and weaknesses, to diminish to the maximum the possible errors, at the same time he/she will diminish the time of delivery of the results. So that the evaluation is more objective it is considered pertinent to take in bill four domains or environments of the educational one in connection with the process of teaching learning, the same ones that are necessary to enrich the process of the retro feeding this they are: to. - Preparation of the teaching. - He/she refers to the discipline that he/she teaches the educational one as to the principles and necessary pedagogic competitions to organize the teaching process, experts as the knowledge abilities competitions, attitudes and securities that their students want to reach to be unwrapped in the society. b. - Creation of a favorable atmosphere for the learning. - It consists on the atmosphere and climate that it generates the educational one in any place it depends in great measure of the affective social components and materials of the learning. c. - Teaching for the learning of all the students. - He/she puts at stake all the aspects involved in the teaching process, the real commitment of the students with their learnings, giving place to generate learning opportunities, he/she takes very in bill the professor's abilities with the purpose of retroalimentar their own practices adjusting them to the necessities of the students. d. - Professional responsibilities. - Their main purpose and commitment is to contribute to that all the students learn how for it, he meditates it consents and systematically on its practice, here the educational one evaluates their learning processes with the purpose of understanding them to discover their difficulties and to help to superperlas. To appreciate the domains before mentioned as evaluation axis it is necessary to implement the Strategic Gliding that allows us to visualize in an integrated way the future of the Institutional decisions that you/they are derived of their mission, orientations, goals, objectives, programs, as well as the determination of strategies that leaves to use to get the change. The purpose of the Strategic Gliding is to get the change in the Educational ones for the taking of decisions for what is required that the Technological Institute Isabel of Godín has a validated Model of Educational Evaluation and consolidated. For that which we propose an Operational Plan that will be executed in 5años serial based on the strategies of: STRATEGY 1. - To elaborate a model of Evaluation to the Academic Acting STRATEGY 2. - To execute diffusion programs to be able the to involve of the whole Community Isabelina and to receive contribution of the Educational ones. STRATEGY 3. - To apply the evaluation using the proposed records and to establish strengths and weaknesses. The records are: Record of car evaluation to the Educational one, Evaluation on the part of the Director of Area, Evaluation of the Educational one for the Students, Evaluation to the Director of Area or responsible. STRATEGY 4. - To design Plans of Improvement for the Educational ones. STRATEGY 5. - To qualify to the Educational ones for areas of the knowledge. The aforementioned thing allows to improve the administration to take advantage of the available resources, potential to hoist their capacities this way strengthens the evaluation processes that one has foreseen to carry out in the Institution, everything in it offers of improving the quality of the education.

- ItemLa disfuncionalidad familiar y el rendimiento academico de l@s estudiantes, en las unidades de formacion artesanal “Cruzada social”, “Nydia Jaramillo” y “María Mazarello”, del cantón Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo, durante el período 2006-2007.(Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, Departamento de Postgrado, 2007-08) Escudero Villa, Enma Piedad; Valverde Barragán, Irma Fabiola; Susana, Barragán VinuezaThe present research is related to the family dysfunction and academic performance of the students of the Handcraft-Formation Units Cruzada Social, Nidia Jaramillo and María Mazarello of Riobamba Canton during the period 2006 – 2007, with the purpose to establish the problems and causes of family disorganization in the students homes, and to find elements that allow us set alternatives to contribute in reducing this difficulties and to improve the academic performance. The family is the immediate social environment in the live of a person, for the material subsistence as well as for its cultural, social and affective development. Society nowadays is different than in the past, where the family was structured and tied around paternal and maternal figures. Also, in the last years, the duties of the family have been reduced. The problems of family dysfunction are well determined and these are: intra familiar maltreatment, divorce, migration, unemployment, alcoholism, lack of education, lack of communication among parents and children, and disinterest about the education of their children. These family problems make influence over the academic performance of the students attending to the Handcraft-Formation Units, because they make them live extreme situations that interfere with their normal development in their life as well as in high school. Worried about these tensioning psychological conditions that have been originated by the family disorganization in the students home, we carried out the present work, taking into account that these can be reduced with the direct participation of parents and students and therefore increase their academic performance. In the theoretical frame, the evolutional history of “Cruzada Social, Nidia Jaramillo and María Mazarello” Handcraft-Formation Units is detailed, followed by the scientific theory that is the result of an ample updated-documentary-bibliographical research related to the independent variable, that is family dysfunction, and academic performance and to the criteria that is supported by our opinion. The type of methodology we also use to develop the proyect is descriptive because the problem researched has been determined; because of the place is a bibliographical and field research, since we applied data from books, booklets, internet and magazines. Furthermore we detailed the target universe of our research that was a population of 1008, which were divided into social strata which were students, teachers, and parents, employing the survey as a technique and the questionnaire to collect the research which had 10 questions for each stratus. To determine the size of the simple, it was distributed in the following manner: students 471 (136 Cruzada Social, 22 Nidia Jaramillo and 16 María Mazarello); 66 teachers (28 Cruzada Social, 22 Nidia Jaramillo and 16 María Mazarello); in relation to the parents, the same process than with the students was used. After having the size of the simple the surveys were given to 217 students from the three Institutions, 66 teachers, the whole universe was considered, and 217 parents similar to the students one. The information gathered from the primarily sources, these surveys given to the students, teachers and parents have been answered freely, which served us to compare answers and enrich this research. Once the results were obtained through research techniques charts and graphs were done with their corresponding analysis and interpretation of results. The conclusions obtained confirm the validity of the hypothesis and the congruence of the questions, giving us the opportunity to make recommendations to the students, teachers and parents. Based on the results obtained we built a proposal that is a life plan that serve to reorder the spiritual-mental life of the students in these Institutions, which are passing through family problems, originated by the bad relationship of their members, and at the same time we wish to contribute to the reduction of this difficulties, also to achieve an attitude and behavior change of the students that are facing familiar and cultural problems. The Life Student Proyect is the process which helps us to determine what we want to do, we define our future and goals to reach; we choose the steps to follow: we solve problems. Then the need to worry about looking for alternatives of problem solution arises, taking into account that the good family relationships play an essential role on the development of the educational processes and in this way to form responsible, confident professionals, but the primordial help will come from the family. We us teachers not only have to worry about the knowledge generated in the students but also to make the student families aware that the problems generated at home because of their bad behavioral relationship of their member prejudice the academic performance.
