Escuela de Ingeniería Agronómica, 2013) Arévalo Tenelema, Juan Carlos; Velóz, FernandoThe conservation agriculture in hillside conditions and the efficiency of the nutrients in the cultivation of corn, they are alternative technological tha.t the project SANREM-CRSP comes implementing in the microcuenca of the River it Lights. However he she has not been possible to measure their effect in tangible form. This investigation allowed us. :i). Evaluate the effect of two practices of conservation of floors on the physical, chemical and biological characteristics of the floor. ii). Determine the effect of the Good Practices of Handling of the Floor on the yield of hard corn, and. iii). Carry out an economic analysis of the implementation of good practices of handling of the floor. The Treatments in study were: T1: Minimum farm, I pasture natural with removal, T2: Farm Zero, natural grass without removal, T3: Farm zero, oat-corrupts with removal and T4: Farm zero, oat-corrupts without removal. The design of complete blocks was applied at random "DBCA was carried out the statistical analysis of variance and test from Tukey to 5% to compare averages of treatments, physical, chemical, biological variables were evaluated and the Index of Nitrogen was also used to evaluate the sustentabilidad of the floor. As results we have what: The total precipitation the cycle of cultivation of hard corn INIAP-176 was of 719 mm, in the six months of the cultivation, the months of more precipitation were February and March. The answer of the treatments to the compaction in different depths and through the time they were statistically similar (ns), one could see tha.t as it advances in depth, the floor is more compact. For the yield variables and extraction of nutritious in the different parts of the plant (I seed, gopher and vegetable rest of the plant). it didn't exist significant statistical differences (P>0.05), this means that the treatments of conservation agriculture didn't ha.ve different behavior. The total extraction of the nitrogen for the plant is economically of 119.11 Kg/N/ha the treatment with the net profit ($ 738.4/ha) it was the T4 (Farm Zero, oat-corrupts without removal). When using the Index of Nitrogen one could see that differences don't exist among the treatments of this investigation, this means that all the used practices of conservation agriculture are sustainable and they conserve the floor
