Escuela de Ingeniería Agronómica, 2015) Aguirre Quezada, Viviana Valeria; Yánez, RodrigoIdentifying marketing chains of rice Oryza sativa L on small producers cooperative "Ultimate Alliance" Central Daule river basin; Guayas Province, was held in the premises Flor Maria km 51 via Daule - Balzar, the objectives were to determine the volume of rice production of the 52 producers of the cooperative, identify major brands marketing of rice in the hinterland, determine the cost of production per unit area. The methodology used was the interview using a questionnaire easily understood, in the results we have, that the main marketing chain with 100% show that producers sell to wholesalers and that the production of rice in husk, is sold fully in local markets. Average production of paddy in the area is 15887.5 kg / ha. The amount paid to the producer per bag (200lb) of paddy by the intermediary is 37 USD. 78.7% of rice producers cash markets while 21.3% do so on credit, which means it has to tell the producer with various capitals to meet economic needs. Farmers by not having as MAGAP support agencies, NGOs, etc., training and technical assistance for cultivation, receiving advice from agricultural input stores
