In the credit union "San Pedro" parish Ltda of Guanujo Canton Guaranda a transcendent problem was detected as is the lack of a manual on Etiquette and Protocol in Administrative Management control activities and events organized by this entity. The research focuses on the problem that the institution during these 50 years institutional life events was performed without using empirically technical standards and propose to this solution leads to the contribution a manual of etiquette and protocol in this Administrative Management help improve customer service, good manners to be taken into account officials, to make a successful event and conditions must have good auditorium this project a good image. Using the techniques and tools used by us have obtained results reliable and it is clear that officials have many shortcomings in terms of Etiquette and Protocol. Thanks to the manual may know how important it is to know about these rules, it they can apply to their daily lives.
