Resumen :	El presente trabajo servirá para dar solución a la falta de un Diseño Organizacional en la Empresa FIBERCOM, una empresa familiar que trabaja de manera empírica no posee un sistema administrativo que garantice su adecuado funcionamiento de la empresa, esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el diseño organizacional y la incidencia de la eficiencia colaborativa del talento humano en la empresa Fibercom, en la ciudad de Guaranda, provincia de Bolívar, año 2023, como primer paso se define las teorías que fundamentan las variables tales como Diseño Organizacional, y Eficiencia Colaborativa , así como también para el levantamiento de información necesaria para la realización de la propuesta del diseño organizacional se realizó un diagnóstico situacional actual de la empresa, para posteriormente realizar el diseño organizacional que se adapte a la empresa FIBERCOM. Una vez que se obtuvieron los resultados de la investigación, los cuales se canalizaron a través de un instrumento que fue la entrevista dirigida al gerente de la empresa, la información obtenida fue analizada mediante la herramienta de análisis de resultados, es así, se logró determinar que la empresa requiere de un diseño organizacional, que permita llevar a cabo las tareas que se debe realizar, con eficiencia así mismo permite al Gerente tener un rumbo claro hacia donde quiere llegar la empresa. Descripción :	The present work will serve to solve the lack of an Organizational Design in the FIBERCOM Company, a family business that works empirically, does not have an administrative system that guarantees its proper functioning of the company, this research aims to determine the organizational design and the incidence of collaborative efficiency of human talent in the company Fibercom, in the city of Guaranda, province of Bolívar, year 2023, as a first step, the theories that support the variables such as Organizational Design, and Collaborative Efficiency, as well as for the gathering of information necessary for the realization of the organizational design proposal, a current situational diagnosis of the company was made, to later carry out the organizational design that suits the FIBERCOM company. Once the results of the investigation were obtained, which were channeled through an instrument that was the interview addressed to the manager of the company, they were interpreted with the conclusion that the company needs an organizational design, which allows carrying out the tasks that must be carried out efficiently also allows the Manager to have a clear direction towards where the company wants to go.
