Resumen :	La motivación como estrategia de enseñanza aprendizaje para mejorar la lectoescritura por lo cual el estudiante aprende a leer y tener habilidades de interpretar textos como de escribir usando el alfabeto , dicho proceso siendo el impulso que conlleva al docente a brindar una educación de calidad y calidez a sus estudiantes, por tal motivo, el presente trabajo investigativo, tiene como finalidad, describir y determinar las estrategias motivacionales que se puede implementar para despertar el interés hacia a la lectura en los estudiantes de sexto año de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa “Francisco Huerta Rendón” El motivo principal por lo cual se eligió este tema de investigación, fue por las falencias identificadas en los estudiantes a raíz de las practicas pre-profesionales realizadas, las misma que dejaron como evidencia la falta de motivación por la lectura y escritura por ello es necesario aplicar estrategias de motivación que permitan despertar el interés por leer en los estudiantes, en consecuencia, repercute negativamente el proceso de la enseñanza aprendizaje. Esta investigación es de tipo aplicada, ya que su interés está dado en la aplicación, se utilizó el diseño experimental y de campo.es una investigación donde se analiza diferentes enfoques al concepto que involucran, los diferentes métodos utilizados como es el inductivo -deductivo, como el bibliográfico, documental y de observación ya que partieron de información necesaria para estructurar el marco teórico. Asimismo, para la recopilación de datos, se empleó la encuesta a los estudiantes y la entrevista al docente, para posterior realizar su análisis e interpretación. Finalmente, se concluyó que la aplicación de las estrategias de manera correcta, inciden favorablemente en incentivar a la lectura y escritura.
Descripción :	Motivation as a teaching-learning strategy to improve literacy for which the student learns to read and have skills to interpret texts as well as to write using the alphabet, this process being the impulse that leads the teacher to provide quality education and warmth to its students, for this reason, the present research work has the purpose of describing and determining the motivational strategies that can be implemented to arouse interest in reading in sixth-year students of Basic General Education of the Educational Unit "Francisco Orchard Redon” The main reason why this research topic was chosen was due to the shortcomings identified in the students as a result of the pre-professional practices carried out, the same ones that left as evidence the lack of motivation for reading and writing, therefore it is necessary apply motivational strategies that allow arousing interest in reading in students, consequently, negatively affects the teaching-learning process. This research is of an applied type, since its interest is given in the application, the experimental and field design was used. It is an investigation where different approaches to the concept involved are analyzed, the different methods used such as inductive-deductive, such as the bibliographical, documentary and observational ones, since they started from the necessary information to structure the theoretical framework. Likewise, for the collection of data, the survey of the students and the interview with the teacher were used, for later analysis and interpretation. Finally, it was concluded that the application of the strategies in a correct way, favorably affect reading and writing.
