Maestría en Gerencia Educativa, 2013-12) Becerra, Ruth; Del Pozo Bazante, LiliaThe present study cohort cuantativa qualitative ethnographic and hermeneutic dialectic entitled COGNITIVE SKILLS IN TEACHER EDUCATION PROCESS TO DEVELOP STUDENTS LEARNING FROM AROUND THE EIGHTH YEAR OF BASIC GENERAL EDUCATION UNIDAD EDUCATIVA SAN LORENZO, CANTON GUARANDA , PROVINCE BOLIVAR , DURING THE PERIOD 2012-2013, studying a critical and proactive problem that is related to the characteristics requiring science education by recognizing that at times emerging new generations of riders make limited use in teaching and learning processes learning, cognitive function and its relationship with the environment to support the educational intervention pedagogical mediation process incorporating cognitive skills in the educational process , to develop meaningful learning in students of the eighth year of General Basic Education theory constructivism in the educational process to develop meaningful learning in the area of language as a contribution to improving the quality of education and thus recognize the importance of cognitive and axiological imperative idea generation to support the modeling of meaning and sense intellective students. Chapter I deals from abstraction : analysis and synthesis, scientific positioning multiple intellective and theorists who have studied cognitive skills in the educational process , to develop meaningful learning in students of the eighth year of better basic general education promote effective intellectual and axiological training to encourage interaction with the social and educational , for the purpose of denoting the features that contribute to the generation of strategies for change implicit in the training of students critical thinkers , creative and discoverers in promoting imperative and innovative ideas under knower required in the process of training and sustained intervention on a referential theory is denoted by theoretical science have strengthened the training behavior. It is assumed also to the constructivist learning theory as philosophical basis for the multiple actions from the time connoting explanatory identifying problems raking intellective performance framework as well as from the character required author unknown terms denoting the conceptual theory is included institutional nature , displayed in situational theory that makes the imprint from the legal character supported by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador , in the aspects of educational management and Kausay Sumag. Chapter II emphasizes methodical indagativa directionality that characterizes the quantitative and qualitative research: methods, techniques, procedures, universe and its effect investigated in situ pragmatic deductive process and the generation of change strategies revealed diagnosis from a factual and causal in utility assessment and incident methodical constructivist theory in the educational process to develop meaningful learning effective in the area of English students. Chapter III, by implementing data collection instruments Primary reagents applied to teachers of English in the area of Educational Institution Guaranda City, Bolivar Province , Ecuador , operationalized by dialectical - critical method and as , the respective analysis in order to check the causal assessment which weights observable faulty investigation process proposed by the researcher.
