| dc.description | In this thesis, the implementation of an Ancestral Library in the Intercultural Bilingual Community Educational Unit “Telmo Jiménez” is explored with the objective of improving the teaching-learning process in language and literature. The research uses a mixed and ethnographic approach, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of the library on students' motivation and academic performance. The results indicate that the library not only facilitates access to varied educational resources, but also fosters a greater appreciation for ancient literature and culture. | dc.description.abstract | En esta tesis, se explora la implementación de una Biblioteca Ancestral en la Unidad Educativa Comunitaria Intercultural Bilingüe “Telmo Jiménez” con el objetivo de mejorar el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje en lengua y literatura. La investigación utiliza un enfoque mixto y etnográfico, combinando técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas para evaluar la efectividad de la biblioteca en cuanto a la motivación y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes. Los resultados indican que la biblioteca no solo facilita el acceso a recursos educativos variados, sino que también fomenta una mayor apreciación por la literatura y la cultura ancestral. La tesis concluye que la biblioteca ancestral es una herramienta efectiva para enriquecer la educación y promover el interés en la lectura entre los estudiantes | |
