Resumen
La presente investigación titulada “las rondas infantiles en el fortalecimiento de las
habilidades blandas en niños de 4 a 5 años de la Unidad Educativa “Ángel Polibio
Chaves”, de la Ciudad de Guaranda, provincia Bolívar, periodo 2025” tuvo como
objetivo principal determinar la incidencia de las rondas infantiles como estrategia
pedagógica para el desarrollo de competencias socioemocionales y comunicativas en
el nivel inicial. La problemática identificada se centró en la necesidad de fortalecer
las habilidades blandas. La metodología empleada se enmarco en un enfoque
cualitativo de nivel descriptivo, bibliográfico y de campo con diseño no experimental.
Los informantes claves estuvo conformada por un total de 24 niños de entre 4 a 5 años
de edad de la institución mencionada. Como técnica de recolección de datos se utilizó
la ficha de observación y la entrevista debidamente validada la cual permitió evaluar
la incidencia de las rondas infantiles para el fortalecimiento de las habilidades
blandas.
Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron como la dinámica de las rondas infantiles son
útiles en el fortalecimiento de las habilidades blandas en niños de 4 a 5 años
identificando que mediante el juego cantado y el movimiento coordinado los
estudiantes mejoran muy significativamente su capacidad de escucha y su integración grupal. Siendo una
estrategia didáctica eficaz y necesaria dentro del currículo de Educación Inicial. La
investigación incluyo una propuesta consistente en una guía didáctica de rondas
infantiles. Dicha propuesta fue diseñada con el fin de proporcionar a los docentes una
serie de actividades que utilizaron el ritmo, la música y el movimiento corporal.

This research, entitled "Children's rounds in strengthening soft skills in 4- to 5-year-olds
at the Ángel Polibio Chaves Educational Unit in the city of Guaranda, Bolívar province,
during the 2025 period," had as its main objective to determine the impact of children's
rounds as a pedagogical strategy for the development of socio-emotional and
communicative skills at the initial level. The problem identified focused on the need to
strengthen soft skills. The methodology used was based on a qualitative approach at the
descriptive, bibliographic, and field levels with a non-experimental design. The key
informants consisted of a total of 24 children between the ages of 4 and 5 from the
aforementioned institution. The data collection technique used was an observation form
and a duly validated interview, which allowed for the evaluation of the impact of
children's rounds on the strengthening of soft skills. The results obtained showed how
children's rounds are useful in strengthening soft skills in children aged 4 to 5, identifying
that through singing games and coordinated movement, students significantly improve
their listening skills and group integration. This is an effective and necessary teaching
strategy within the Early Childhood Education curriculum.
the research included a proposal consisting of a teaching guide for children's rounds. This
proposal was designed to provide teachers with a series of activities that used rhythm,
music, and body movement not only as elements of recreation but also as planned
strategies to consolidate soft skills essential for the comprehensive development of
children in their school and social environments.
