dc.description.abstractLa realización del presente trabajo con la necesidad de poder contar con un inventario de entrada de los productos de la ferretería Paulet ubicada en el cantón Echeandía, ya que se vio la gran necesidad de cubrir esta falencia existente en dicho negocio. Es así que la presente investigación tiene un aporte importante en el desarrollo comercial y financiero de la ferretería, ya que luego de haber conocido todas las carencias existentes en este lugar hemos dado solución a este inconveniente para lo cual se realizó el ingreso de los productos en un inventario tomando técnicas con el programa denominado MONICA 8.5. Ya que el principal objetivo fue incentivar al propietario de la ferretería a tener sus productos en un inventario para que la toma de decisiones sea inmediata para dar una atención tanto a los proveedores y clientes. En el primer capítulo se empezó presentando el tema, antecedentes, problema, justificación, objetivos y marco teórico, donde se procedió hablar sobre la importancia del inventario en las empresas y negocios, en el capítulo II donde se trabajó con la recolección de datos una vez se realizó la propuesta en el capítulo III.en_US
