| dc.description | The education of nursing students requires the development of soft skills that promote humanized care, and clinical simulation is a widely used learning strategy. Purpose: To understand nursing students’ perceptions of learning soft skills through clinical simulation. Methodology: A qualitative study with a phenomenological-hermeneutic design was conducted. Forty students were interviewed using semi-structured interviews, and the data were analyzed using thematic coding in Atlas.ti 26. Results: Four categories were identified: professional identity, soft skills development, emotional management, and assessment of learning. The students highlighted the contribution of clinical simulation to their education. Conclusion: The participants believe that this strategy strengthens communication, confidence, teamwork, and the integration of theory and practice, promoting ethical, safe, and patient-centered care. | |
| dc.description.abstract | La formación de estudiantes de enfermería requiere desarrollar habilidades blandas que favorezcan un cuidado humanizado, siendo la simulación clínica una estrategia de aprendizaje ampliamente utilizada. Propósito: Comprender las percepciones de los estudiantes de enfermería sobre el aprendizaje de habilidades blandas mediante la simulación clínica. Metodología: Se realizó un estudio cualitativo con diseño fenomenológico hermenéutico. Se entrevistó a 40 estudiantes mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas y la información se analizó con codificación temática en Atlas.ti 26. Resultados: Se identificaron cuatro categorías: identidad profesional, desarrollo de habilidades blandas, manejo emocional y valoración del aprendizaje. Los estudiantes destacaron el aporte de la simulación clínica en su formación. Conclusión: Los participantes consideran que esta estrategia fortalece el desarrollo de habilidades blandas y la integración entre teoría. | |
