Abstract
The following investigative work mainly writes the current situation that the company is
experiencing regarding the management of human talent and the job satisfaction that exists within
the commercial, w hen seeking to improve human talent management, different strategies and the
correct use of the plans to be executed are proposed. With the application of the investigative
proposal, we seek to provide a solution to the problem presented within the commerc ial, within
the methodology used it focuses on the application of descriptive and analytical analysis which
revolve around the field study, which at the same time They allow you to observe, analyze,
synthesize and describe the current situatio n that the San Rafael commercial is experiencing. After
this, with the collection of information through direct observation, application of surveys and
interviews, the strategies and tools applied within the management of human talent in staff
satisfaction are implemented and the strategies applied seek to motivate, reward and give the
solution to the problems presented within the commercial .
