Abstract
Este presente trabajo de investigación es realizado para el desarrollo de las habilidades y para la apreciación de las diversas culturas de cada estudiante, que hace referencia a la Interculturalidad y su incidencia en el proceso de aprendizaje de Lengua y Literatura en los estudiantes de tercer año de Educación Básica de la Unidad Educativa Intercultural Bilingüe “San Juan Bosco” del Cantón Guaranda Provincia Bolívar en el periodo 2023-2024. El problema surge a través de la limitada aplicabilidad de la interculturalidad incide en el proceso de aprendizaje de lengua y literatura inclusive la pronunciación de cada niño. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar que la interculturalidad aporta en el proceso de aprendizaje de lengua y literatura con los estudiantes, además, cuenta con 3 objetivos específicos que nos ayudaron al desarrollo de la investigación. Dentro del marco científico se detalló toda la información más relevante relacionada a la variable dependiente e independiente. En nuestro proyecto utilizamos una metodología de enfoque cualitativa que incluye una entrevista al docente del curso y una ficha de observación a 14 estudiantes que conforman el aula de clase que llevamos a cabo en la investigación. Una vez obtenido los datos mediante la interpretación de la entrevista realizada al docente y con la observación realizada a los niños, se identificó que durante la hora de clases los niños si demuestran respeto de cada diferencia cultural, pero durante las horas de receso no se observó lo mismo ya que mediante los juegos e integración se evidenció discriminación entre ellos. Se determina la investigación con la necesidad de plasmar temas importantes que ayuden a los niños a valorar y apreciar la diversidad cultural que tiene cada niño, a partir del desarrollo de una propuesta titulada Guía sobre la interculturalidad en el proceso de aprendizaje de lengua y literatura.

This present research work is carried out for the development of skills and for the appreciation of the diverse cultures of each student, which refers to Interculturality and its impact on the learning process of Language and Literature in the third-year students of Basic Education of the Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit "San Juan Bosco" of the Guaranda Canton, Bolívar Province in the period 2023-2024. The problem arises through the limited application of interculturality, which affects the learning process of language and literature, including the pronunciation of each child. The main objective of this research is to determine that interculturality contributes to the learning process of language and literature with the students, in addition, it has 3 specific objectives that helped us in the development of the research. Within the scientific framework, all the most relevant information related to the dependent and independent variable was detailed. In our project, we used a qualitative approach methodology that includes an interview with the teacher of the course and an observation sheet for 14 students who make up the classroom that we carried out in the research. Once the data was obtained through the interpretation of the interview conducted with the teacher and the observation made on the children, it was identified that during the class hours the children do show respect for each cultural difference, but during the recess hours the same was not observed since through the games and integration, discrimination among them was evidenced. The research is determined with the need to capture important topics that help children to value and appreciate the cultural diversity that each child has, from the development of a proposal entitled Guide on Interculturality in the Learning Process of Language and Literature.
