Resumen :	La investigación realizada a la PRODUCOOP, se trató temas científicos donde se conoció que la Gestión de Talento Humano es muy importante dentro de una organización porque la estructuración de las diferentes áreas de los tomadores de cargos, deberán cumplir las diferentes funciones o actividades de forma eficiente logrando así, cumplir con las metas u objetivos de la empresa, de tal manera, que mediante el estudio realizado a los empleados y al gerente General, se identificó que existe una falencia organizativa desde la gestión administrativa, es decir, que la empresa cuenta con un gerente que se despreocupa del equipo de trabajo, de tal manera que desde allí, parte la problemática, porque se presentó que existe una falta de atención directa hacia las funciones de los trabajadores, la falta de capacitación al personal, ha permitido que existe una falencia en el desconocimiento técnico y teórico causando que existe esta ineficiencia en los resultados obtenidos, como la producción y comercialización del queso tradicional de El Salinerito. También, se identificó que la falta de una evaluación de desempeño en la organización, ha dado que exista un descontrol en la ejecución de tareas, de tal forma que mediante a la propuesta dada en este documento se podrá mejorar y controlar la eficiencia de las actividades que realizan el equipo de trabajo. Mediante a esto, también se encontró que la empresa desconoce de actividades o incentivos que puedan mejorar el ambiente laboral o la participación dentro de las actividades.
Descripción :	The made investigation to the PRODUCOOP, scientific topics were discussed where it was learned that Human Talent Management is very important within an organization because the structuring of the different areas of the position holders must fulfill the different functions or activities of efficiently, thus achieving the goals or objectives of the company, in such a way that through the study carried out on the employees and the General Manager, it was identified that there is an organizational failure from administrative management, that is, that the company It has a manager who does not care about the work team, in such a way that the problem starts from there, because it appeared that there is a lack of direct attention to the functions of the workers, the lack of training for the staff, has allowed There is a lack of technical and theoretical knowledge causing this inefficiency in the results obtained, such as the production and marketing of traditional El Salinerito cheese. Also, it was identified that the lack of a performance evaluation in the organization has led to a lack of control in the execution of tasks, in such a way that through the proposal given in this document the efficiency of the activities can be improved and controlled. carried out by the work team. Through this, it was also found that the company is unaware of activities or incentives that can improve the work environment or participation within the activities, in this way, a level table is proposed, where the best employee of the month will be rewarded, this It will be obtained through the performance evaluation carried out by the person in charge of managing the internal control of the different activities carried out by the Human Talent.
