Resumen :	En el presente proyecto de titulación, se conoció mediante la aplicación de una auditoría tributaria la verificación del cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales en la empresa EMBALARC´S CIA.LTDA., durante el año 2022 en la ciudad de Quito, provincia pichincha. Dicha auditoría tuvo la finalidad de conocer que tan responsable es la entidad en cuanto a sus cumplimientos tributarios y fiscales, para ello se abarcó el método documental, donde se obtuvo información necesaria para verificar lo que está dispuesto en el tema, mediante esta documentación se analizó la información correspondientes a la auditoría tributaria, también se realizó una investigación de campo para conocer más de cerca la actividad financiera de la entidad, por otra parte, se aplicó un enfoque cualitativo, ya que mediante esta, se pudo realizar una entrevista, donde se permitió conocer que tan involucrada esta la gerente y el contador con los tributos y el área financiera y asimismo, el proyecto concluyó, determinando que mediante el cuestionario del control interno aplicado con base en el COSO II, la empresa tiene algunas debilidades, mismas que deben ser cambiadas o mejoradas, y la vez, se recomendó, que el encargado del área financiera brinde más importancia dentro de la misma, y conjunto a la gerente se acojan a las recomendaciones que se da para poder encontrar un desarrollo para el área y la entidad.
Descripción :	In this degree project, through the application of a tax audit, the verification of compliance with tax obligations in the company EMBALARC'S CIA.LTDA. during the year 2022 in the city of Quito, Pichincha province was known. This audit had the purpose of knowing how responsible is the entity in terms of its tax and fiscal compliance, for this the documentary method was covered, where necessary information was obtained to verify what is provided on the subject, through this documentation the information corresponding to the tax audit was analyzed, also a field research was conducted to learn more about the financial activity of the entity, on the other hand, a qualitative approach was applied, since through this, it was possible to conduct an interview, The project concluded by determining that through the internal control questionnaire applied based on COSO II, the company has some weaknesses, which should be changed or improved, and at the same time, it was recommended that the person in charge of the financial area should give more importance within the same, and together with the manager, follow the recommendations given in order to find a development for the area and the entity.
