Resumen :	El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo aplicar una auditoría de gestión y su impacto en la toma de decisiones en la Asociación de Servicios de Limpieza Emprendimiento La Paz. La metodología que se utilizó es de tipo descriptiva-explicativa, con un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo y los métodos utilizados son deductivo e inductivo. Se realizó una entrevista a la Representante Legal de la institución para conocer el proceso de toma de decisiones. A cada trabajador de la institución se aplicó una encuesta para la comprobación de hipótesis a través de la fórmula del chi-cuadrado y también la evaluación de control interno, la cual, está estructura en base a los cinco componentes del COSO I. Tras la aplicación de la evaluación del control interno se encontraron hallazgos que requieren ser mejorados, además, se obtiene como resultado para los componentes ambiente de control, información y comunicación y seguimiento y monitoreo un nivel de confianza del 80% (Alto) y el nivel de riesgo del 20% (Bajo), mientras que para el componente evaluación de riesgos un nivel de confianza del 70% (Medio) y el nivel de riesgo del 30% (Medio) y para el componente actividades de control un nivel de confianza del 58,33% (Medio) y el nivel de riego del 41,67% (Medio). Así también se aplicó los indicadores de gestión el de eficiencia y eficacia y se concluye con el informe final de la auditoría de gestión donde se detallan las debilidades encontradas y las respectivas recomendaciones dadas a cada una de ellas. Descripción :	The objective of this work is to apply a management audit and its impact on decision-making in the Association of Cleaning Services Emprendimiento La Paz. The methodology that was obtained is descriptive-explanatory, with a qualitative and quantitative approach and the methods used are deductive and inductive. An interview was conducted with the Legal Representative of the institution to learn about the decision-making process. A survey was applied to each worker of the institution to verify the hypothesis through the chi-square formula and also the evaluation of internal control, which is structured based on the five components of COSO I. After the application From the evaluation of internal control, findings were found that need to be improved, in addition, a confidence level of 80% (High) and the risk level of the control environment, information and communication, and follow-up and monitoring are obtained as a result for the 20% (Low), while for the risk assessment component a confidence level of 70% (Medium) and the risk level of 30% (Medium) and for the control activities component a confidence level of 58.33 % (Medium) and the level of irrigation of 41.67% (Medium). Thus, the management indicators of efficiency and effectiveness were also applied and it concludes with the final report of the management audit where the weaknesses found and the respective recommendations given to each of them are detailed.
