Resumen :	El turismo comunitario en la actualidad es una fuente importante de ingresos económico, generación de fuentes de empleo, y desarrollo local. Este proyecto denominado “Estrategias para impulsar el turismo que permitan la reactivación económica en la comunidad de Paquiestancia, cantón Cayambe, provincia de Pichincha, año 2022” es desarrollado con la finalidad de establecer acciones que permitan el mejoramiento de la actividad turística de la comunidad. La investigación recopilo información de fuentes primarias, segundarias y salidas de campo, en donde se analizó y se pudo conocer la situación actual de la comunidad y los recursos con los que cuentan para atraer turistas. La metodología empleada en el proyecto de investigación es la investigación descriptiva puesto que este tipo de investigación permitió describir las características más relevantes del área de estudio, se utilizó también la investigación de campo para recolectar la mayor cantidad de información real de la comunidad de Paquiestancia para conocer la oferta turística y el estado actual de los atractivos, y la investigación bibliográfica para revisar diversas fuentes documentales e investigaciones realizadas, afines al tema que fueron necesarias para entender y comprender cada una de las teorías para el desarrollo del proyecto de investigación. Descripción :	Community tourism is currently an important source of economic income, generation of employment sources, and local development. This project called "Strategies to promote tourism that allow economic reactivation in the community of Paquiestancia, canton Cayambe, province of Pichincha, year 2022" is developed with the purpose of establishing actions that allow the improvement of the tourist activity of the community. The research collected information from primary and secondary sources and field trips, where the current situation of the community and the resources they have to attract tourists were analyzed and known. The methodology used in the research project is descriptive research since this type of research allowed describing the most relevant characteristics of the study area, field research was also brought to collect the greatest amount of real information from the Paquiestancia community to know the tourist offer and the current state of the attractions, and the bibliographical research to review various documentary sources and research carried out, related to the subject that were necessary to understand and comprehend each of the theories for the development of the research project.
