Resumen :	La presente investigación resalta la importancia del desarrollo de la actividad turística, teniendo como base la oferta de atractivos que enmarcan relevancia en la parroquia y que deben ser aprovechados y vistos como una oportunidad de una fuente económica lo cual contribuirá al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la población. El proyecto tiene como objeto diseñar una ruta turística para contribuir al fortalecimiento del turismo en la parroquia Julio E. Moreno de acuerdo a la investigación se empleó el enfoque cualitativo porque se fundamentó en fuentes bibliográficas de autores que aportaron al análisis y desarrollo del tema y el enfoque cuantitativo a través del cual se pudo determinar el perfil del turista. En base a los resultados se estableció que la parroquia dentro de su contexto se encuentra en condiciones estables y que, a pesar de la carencia de servicios, posee potencial turístico relevante por lo cual se estableció el diseño de la ruta con los atractivos, señalética y presupuesto que permitirán obtener las facilidades, servicios y adecuaciones aptas, para la demanda establecida que se enfoca en visitantes locales que les despierta el interés en recorrer y visitar el sitio, lo cual es beneficioso para el desarrollo y fortalecimiento del turismo local. Descripción :	This research highlights the importance of the development of tourism, based on the offer of attractions that are relevant in the parish and that should be taken advantage of and seen as an opportunity for an economic source that will contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the population. The project aims to design a tourist route to contribute to the strengthening of tourism in the parish of Julio E. Moreno. According to the research, the qualitative approach was used because it was based on bibliographic sources of authors who contributed to the analysis and development of the topic and the quantitative approach through which it was possible to determine the profile of the tourist. Based on the results it was established that the parish within its context is in stable conditions and that, despite the lack of services, it has relevant tourist potential, for which the design of the route was established with the attractions, signage, and budget that will allow obtaining the facilities, services and suitable adaptations for the established demand that focuses on local visitors that awaken their interest in touring and visiting the site, which is beneficial for the development and strengthening of local tourism.
