Resumen :	La investigación se centró en el cumplimiento del objetivo general el cual menciona proponer un manual de funciones para el mejoramiento de la gestión administrativa del Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales de Bolívar, para el año 2022; la investigación contó con la hipótesis ¿un manual de funciones contribuye al mejoramiento de la gestión administrativa del Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales de Bolívar?; asimismo fue de tipo descriptiva, explicativa; y también un enfoque mixto esto se debe a la unión entre métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos en relación con los resultados; se utilizaron los instrumentos como la encuesta, la observación directa y una entrevista todos estos con el fin de conocer las diferentes perspectivas sobre la importancia del manual de funciones; La investigación se dirigió a una población de 30 administrativos al Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales de Bolívar; En relación a los resultados se evidenció que la mayor parte de la población considera que es importante el desarrollo de un manual de funciones el cual permita a los administrativos conocer las diferentes actividades que se relacionan con su puesto laboral. Finalmente, en las conclusiones el manual de funciones para el mejoramiento de la gestión administrativa del Sindicato de Choferes Profesionales de Bolívar, para el año 2022, requiere el desarrollo del mismo especialmente para las áreas administrativas las cuales desconocen en parte sus funciones y las actividades que deben realizar acorde al cargo que poseen.
Descripción :	The investigation focused on the fulfillment of the general objective which mentions proposing a manual of functions for the improvement of the administrative management of the Union of Professional Drivers of Bolívar, for the year 2022, as well as the hypothesis: a manual of functions contributes to the improvement of the administrative management of the Union of Professional Drivers of Bolívar?. I had a descriptive, explanatory type of research; Like a mixed approach, this is due to the union between qualitative and quantitative methods in relation to the results; Instruments such as the survey, direct observation and an interview were used, all of these in order to know the different perspectives on the importance of the manual of functions. The investigation had a population of 30 administrators of the union and school of the union of professional drivers of Bolívar. In relation to the results, it was evidenced that the majority of the population considers that the development of a manual of functions is important, which allows the administrators to know the different activities that are related to their job. Finally, in the conclusions, the manual of functions for the improvement of the administrative management of the Union of Professional Drivers of Bolívar, for the year 2022, requires the development of the same especially for the administrative areas which are partially unaware of their functions and the activities that they must perform according to the position they hold.
