    At present there is a constant search for simplicity and integrate each of the activities that are performed daily. So that the advance of technology has led to the development of solutions to facilitate and optimize the use of various services in homes and buildings. This type of technology is constantly evolving because of its benefits in many aspects as comfort and energy savings. This last aspect is of great importance today, where saving resources is an important point given the current state of the planet. Thus, the home and building automation combined with computer systems have recently made an important integration for advances in homes and buildings relate. This type technology and provides an extensive automation of various functions performed, such as access control, lighting, fire alarms, etc. Providing increasing facilities so that ah generated growing interest and thus further implementation of such systems. Currently the inclusion of such systems in the various infrastructure contribute to the conservation of the ecosystem of the planet. However, many of the brands and systems of this type require a high knowledge of hardware and programming used. That is why there is a need to generate a software that allows the programming and use of the equipment, also make it user friendly. This is why software is developed in the Visual Basic program that allows computer communication with devices via the LON-USB interface allows programming and control of the devices via a user friendly graphical interface.
