    With automation System Assets Control Technology improved management of existing information technology assets in the Judicial Council, for it we used the technique of interview and direct observation, that these techniques helped us in gathering data , and thus to determine the requirements of the system. The following tools for developing web applications used in the development of the System; The structured methodology, the model RAD (Rapid Application Development) at the stage of analysis and system design, and extreme programming at the stage of implementation. Also made use of Open Source tools: Ubuntu operating system languages: PHP, Java Script, HTML, Ajax; PosgreSQL database manager data manager Webmin data base, which allowed the development and management of information. By implementing the system Assets Control Technology (CBT) reduces the processing time of registration and control of property, goods inquiries each department and employees (managers) provides facilities to the asset manager in the office of information goods, generates a series of reports among which are: The minutes delivery, handover record inventory status OK (New, Delivered, Low), which optimizes time.
