    As educators, facilitators or mediators thoughfful we know that the society answers with a lot of agility to the changes that are coming from outside and we need to meditate how should be developed the participation of the children of fuli schools in Colta town, we already know that people acquire scientific knowledge at schools but that’s not ah, at the same time they have attitudes, dexterities and knowledge that reinforce social life using different projects or programs. The thesis titied Citizen Participation since primary school to fortify the social hife in fuhl schools of UTE N° 4, Colta Town, Chimborazo Province during the school year 2006 2007, it is located in this context to approach a — peculiar problem of ¡nvestigation that relates the enunciated problems as factors of citizen participation and social lite in the scenario of the facts. The citizen participation can be define as a gradual process by means of which is integrated to the citizens in singular form or participating in collective form, in taking decisions, the inspection, control and execution of actions in public and private matters. The social life in very close to create conflicts in the group and is originated because the people do not accept the diversity. Is obvious that Colta has a lot of diversity, different levels, races, age, social classes, physical attractive, but the major movement of the groups and cultures had create a lot more plural societies.

    The application and research topic "education management and coexistence in the mixed school basic education tax No 421" Luis Noboa I" Tarqui parish of the city of Guayaquil, in the period  2010 -2011 is inserted academic skills and attitudes contribute to building a school culture, in the teaching-learning process, sure will be achieved, a respectful exchange, typical of school work. It is very timely, especially at this time that all underpins the development of human talent. That means turning a new organization in the area of ​​education for young people to learn to live together in harmony and develop their capacity and integrate citizens to defend and promote non-violence, mutual respect and collaboration. It is of vital importance to the contribution, which should provide managers, educators and community by excellence in Management. The problem was detected, what is the impact of education management in improving the coexistence of educational actors. The aim of the research was: Assess Educational Management between students, teachers, community education and networking to improve school life. Hypothesis. - Proper Education Management Improvement, Social Affairs of the educational actors in the school and its immediate surroundings. Theoretical Framework Scientific, contains: philosophical concept behind educational research, educational management theory should serve to encourage people Social Harmony. The research methodology utilized is basic, descriptive literature transverse field, quantitative and qualitative research - action. The technique is used, the survey, students, parents and teachers. Method: Historical methods were used - Logic, Deductive, Inductive, Dialectical proactive and Action – Reflection - Action Among the key findings: • The self-esteem of children was not desirable for the hostile environment in which they evolved, where the opinion of peers and teachers has a lot at that age and most often were subjects of ridicule, physical violence, exclusion and was not achieved conflict resolution through dialogue and respect.  Respect and value, it was standard daily behavior among social education center • The individual and isolated is what prevailed, so that the conflicts generated, resolved as each teacher thought it was well. • Instruments academic social conviviality did not get along, why had not files, tracking and resolution of cases, permitting long-time solutions. • The issue of sex education was not being taught daily and continuous, an impact on the ignorance of this important right of children and adolescents. • The social, academic and work where they operate the three estates, is not adequate or properly organized, directly affects the commitment to participate in programmed activities by the institution and if they did was out of obligation, without any motivation. • The code was not socialized living, impacted on the social, labor and academic  institutions, not harmonic relationships evident between educational actors. • The involvement of parents in the institution was scarce, were ignorance of the code of living, feeling neglected, without respect for their rights, nor their views taken into account for making important decisions that will benefit their constituents Key strategies 1 Workshops and seminars for students and teachers: Awareness Seminar      and motivation 2. Coexistence implementation plan:      Seminar workshop on Coexistence Plan Implementation, Integration Plan      Seminar workshop on Coexistence Plan Implementation, Plan tutorial      Seminar workshop on Coexistence Plan Implementation, Corporate work
