Aware of the importance of methodological strategies for implementing the educational process, to promote the development of meaningful learning in the area of Natural Science Education Center of Basic Education " Isabella ", it is essential to a comprehensive study of the arguments support the educational process with the practice of this system beforehand considering a fundamental problem in the teaching-learning process which is the lack of methodological strategies, active techniques in the teaching process . Where the management and implementation by teachers of these resources are poor and often resulting in zero classes are taught without reflection slate which causes the education provided cannot be put into practice with the use of methodological strategies, hence it was necessary to perform this research motivate us to discuss strategies to help develop meaningful learning, the same that will help meet the goal is to use strategies, able to understand, interpret and inferenciar the contents of each subjects. Thus it is important to state that as advances have been developed in the process of teaching - learning models change use from ancient times. For this reason the teaching-learning process focused on the teacher and the content to be taught, with behaviorism rooted, where the student was in the background, this being the main raw material ( the student ), there was an emotional relationship ( humanism , respect and empathy) for the student, and there was a definite methodology to follow, today, there are still some teachers who refuse to change their ideas and continue with this kind of methods. 11 Known existing problems of the school, I set the goal to develop methodological strategies Plan meaningful learning in the area of Natural Sciences with students from fifth to seventh year of basic education. Departamento de Postgrado, 2013-11) Salazar, Marco; Castillo, VinicioThe present study cohort quantitative qualitative ethnographic hermeneutic and dialectic entiled METHODS TO RAISE SIGNIFICANT COGNITIVE LEARNING STUDENTS IN THE BACHILLERATO, “FLOR MARIA INFANTE” HIGH SCHOOL CANTÓN SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCE OF BOLIVAR, DURING THE PERIOD 2013 - 2014, addresses a methodological issue that is in correspondence with the characteristics required by the social sciences to recognize that in today's dawn the new generations do not make use of cognitive methods in the educational process in the formation of cognitive structures to generate meaningful learning in students with which to demonstrate their authentic performance in generating thoughtful critical analysis, supporting the training - intellective development and contribute to building a better way of life. Chapter I, deals from abstraction, analysis and synthesis abstraction, the intellectual and scientific positioning of multiple theorists who have studied cognitive methods and meaningful learning, during the learning process can raise the cognitive structures and promote effective intellectual training - axiological on teachers and students to encourage interaction with the environment and creative learning, in order to denote the characteristics that contribute to the generation of strategies implied change in the formation of critical students, thinkers, creative and innovative in promoting ideas, principles, concepts defined in the cognitive process under the requirements of educational intervention. Chapter II, emphasizes the methodical inquire into directionality that characterizes the quantitative and qualitative research: methods, techniques, procedures, and its incidence universe investigated in situ the deductive process and the generation of change strategies revealed from a factual diagnosis and didactic- methodological utility that provide cognitive methods for teaching educational intervention - innovative student training in cognitive structures interacting with it, the other, their environment and their influence on creative learning in students. Chapter III, by applying instruments for collecting primary data: surveys and interview teachers and students to the authority of "Flor Maria Infante" High School “canton San Miguel, Bolívar Province, operationalized by the hypothetical-deductive method is presents a basic - descriptive statistical tables of absolute and relative frequencies and pie charts, as well as the accompanying analysis tools in order to check the causal assessment default table weighted observable in the educational process leading training students.
