The problem is the general objective: to determine the influence of the method of reading - writing "Troncoso del Cerro" in Regular education, the effectiveness of dynamic learning, with programmes of inclusive educational practices for children with Down syndrome; shedding three specific objectives: Identify the methods used by teachers in Regular education in the development of programs with inclusive educational practices. Base with theories of integration Psicopedagógicas, constructivist, epistemic and argumentative, genetic focus on the effectiveness of dynamic learning of reading and Escritura.Establecer if the implementation of the method "Troncoso del Cerro" there are differences in the acquisition of knowledge of Reading and writing in children with syndrome of Down in the first year education basic of the school Attorney joint evening # 150 "Sara Palma de Barandearan" of the city of Guayaquil, implementing programmes of inclusive educational practices. Later developed activities as: survey of teachers, managers and parents, sheets of observation, talks to teachers and parents, workshops on inclusive educational practices. The scientific contents are based on the variable independent - method of reading - writing "Troncoso del Cerro" in the Regular education; variable dependiente-Efectividad of dynamic learning and the variable interviniente-Programas practices educational integration; These variables helped the approach of the hypothesis: "the application of the method of reading - writing"Troncoso del Cerro"and practices integrative educational programmes have provided meaningful and dynamic learning of children with Down syndrome in the Regular education"; sustentándose en el Marco Teórico con las teorías: Psicopedagógica, Constructivist, epistemic-Argumentativa and theory genetics; basing this research work on psychopedagogical theory and genetics, whereas children with Down Syndrome by peculiarities have a parsimonious, different learning pace an others, but this does not preclude that each time they are them are included in Regular education.The methodology, this is based on the following investigations: Basic, applied, exploratory, explanatory field, bibliographic, longitudinal, and prospective. Between the techniques of data collection, the survey was applied to teachers, managers and parents, pieces of observation of the development of the method. To process the data held with the universe and shows, took 10 teachers working in the campus including the Director, and 30 children from the first year of basic education, including children with Down syndrome. The method used was: Lógico-Inductivo, Deductivo, historical and descriptive. The strategy of change is entitled "design of educational programmes of integration with the method of reading and writing"Troncoso del Cerro"in education managing to the effectiveness of dynamic learning". Analysis and discussion of results, it was noted that the method of reading and writing Troncoso del Cerro, benefits not only to children with Down syndrome, but also the regular students of the Hall, because it develops, strengthens and increases the attention, perception, discrimination, selection, manual skills, order, concentration, and other functions or fields keys to a good learning reading-writer in the senior years. Checking the hypothesis through the application of the surveys on the method of reading - writing "Troncoso del Cerro" and the observation that took place during the development of research, i.e. that the influence of this method in the effectiveness of the dynamic learning through assessments oral and written in children with Down Syndrome was found at the end of the school year. In conclusion the thesis work was helpful for teachers during the development of the teaching and learning in reading and writing. It is recommended that all teachers and managers are familiar with this method, but not only that, but also seizing of the and develop that do education, to get a positive response and real children. Finally was highlighted in the paper entitled "design of programmes for the integration of reading and writing Troncoso del Cerro", whose goal is to provide more choices and to inform all education regularly on Nice and smoothly that would be the teaching of reading and writing in children with Down syndrome; its methodology is based on the perceptual development - dicriminativo; coming to the discussion of results that this method is effective and is favourable to learners transcendence. Thus gives end with the conclusion of this article says: the implementation of this method is useful starting by the macro, meso and micro education Ecuatoriana, and is widely accepted in the education cluster.
