It is a topic of great importance for the institution all time that constitutes a fundamental pillar to contribute in the improvement of the quality of the education, jointly with the renovation and constant professional upgrade of the educational ones, the application of new knowledge and the structure of a profile competitive chord to the necessities of the society to fulfill this noble purpose objectives are structured that are laid the foundation in validating the ludic-didactic strategies and the lectoescritura like mechanism for the improvement of the pattern academic constructivist of the educational institution. This paper assesses the playful strategies and literacy teaching in the educational process of the School Trinidad Camacho Currently we are living hidden educational developments with a new management model and within recreational teaching strategies as a factor in the educational process. The research is divided into several stages, starting from the problem of playful strategies and literacy teaching in the educational process. The aim of the investigation is to improve the educational process with the conclusions and recommendations of the Ludic Strategies and Literacy Teaching School held in Trinidad Camacho. To achieve these goals defined Chapter I, which describes a theoretical framework which includes background research scientific , philosophical XIII foundation , conceptual theory , referential theory , legal theory and situational theory with arguments relevant to the research topic by consulting texts specialized electronic literature and research , the same as is support to understand and comprehend the issues raised initially. Chapter II details the methodological process carried out based on applied research, field, descriptive, explanatory and bibliographical. The study population was 74 items, using measurement techniques: survey and interview. In addition, employment and basic methods in the process of inquiry, action research, we defined the change strategies to solve the problem presented. The change strategy was to design manual playful teaching strategies. In Chapter III, was performed the analysis and discussion of the surveys to parents and interviews with the teachers. In the same analysis hypothesis was checked by qualitative analysis of the results of surveys of teachers and students then determined the findings and recommendations in research.
