    This work prior to obtaining the title of Master in Educational Management research is of much importance because it analyzes laproblematica "Conduct of children and their influence on the academic performance of the Seventh Year Basic Education School Gustavo Lemos , to which I think will be an asset for teachers, parents and the institution, it is to present a set of intervention strategies and techniques to reduce or eliminate conductasque will serve as a basic tool as a guide for the purpose to improve behavior and academic performance of girls in the seventh year of basic education children and thus achieve behavioral change and get meaningful learning, focused on comprehensive, aimed at developing capacities, skills and attitudes to improve the behavior of children girls In the global scope of the thesis, consists of a first part dealing with general aspects of introductory character, where basic elements are synthetically developed with regard to behavior within the educational scheme, the teacher plays an important role.
