To fulfill this work, it was considered first, the educational reality in the field of the College "Patria Ecuadorian" making an objective, clear and precise description of the situations observed in relation to the organizational model, administrative processes (planning, management, organization and control, and management processes (communication, motivation, decision making and leadership) existing in the educational community under study in order to establish a diagnosis and management plan strategies to solve organizational problems identified in the community. We are in the need to work for the formation of leaders in education and ethical capacity to create and transform education systems serve to meet the country's needs with innovation and quality; distinguished by its approach covering the areas of teaching, research, planning and leadership. The proposal set out below is based on an innovative model of managerial leadership that contributes to improving the educational process in Fiscal Mixto "Patria Ecuadorian" College. The problem identified was the absence of an updated leadership, which has led to stagnation in the educational process, diminishing the prestige gained years ago. Previously diagnosed the problem as a major flaw in the Ecuadorian educational institutions, so didactic difficulties, understanding the citizen, its location role that is focused on the thesis are: "Model of Management Leadership for Improvement Process Education of "Patria Ecuadorian" Mixed Fiscal School of Guayaquil for school year 2006-2007, which is why this research, because it is considered very necessary to contribute to the reduction of such unfortunate problem certainly is a difficulty is found not only in schools Prosecutors as the "Patria Ecuadorian" but in other educational institutions of the country and the world. With the problem statement, presenting the hypothesis, the direction of a practical methodology that led to the analysis and synthesis are still allowed explicitly formulated objectives set and served for the measurement and monitoring of the achievements in the research work. The hypothesis led to the variables, which are best understood in the operationalization box where the questions with which we worked on the research instruments were obtained. Scientific theory presents a clear and precise transformational leadership approach, through dialogue, decision making, action and evaluation, you can identify the needs of the school community, share ideas, reflect, criticize constructively, research, create, plan Instead, implement innovations and determine their effectiveness; as well as relate them, we specify with its direct impact on the academic performance of students, because a quality educational institution presents alternative solutions to stimulate all areas of learning, in their interactions with colleagues and managers to achieve its participation and desire to serve Ecuadorian children more efficiently. The obtained information collected availing of field research methodology, as expressed in Chapter II, because all the inquiries are conducted at the scene, that is, the "Patria Ecuadorian" College. It is also a non-experimental type because it does not approach the actual experimentation. It is descriptive-explanatory because studies go beyond a simple description of concepts or phenomena on the model of managerial leadership and improving the educational process and variables; The study was led to argue about the problem, its background and justification, as well as testing the hypothesis of our proposal. Through the instruments of data collection: interviews and surveys of executives, staff DOBE, Teachers, Parents and students were papers valid for Chapter III displayed for a better understanding of statistical graphics, which were duly analyzed and according to this conclusions and recommendations for each of the difficulties, which allowed them to test our hypothesis and achieve the overall objective raised. In Chapter IV, raised the proposal "Innovative Leadership Model Management INMOLBANPAR" which was structured based on the great problem encountered in Fiscal Mixto "Patria Ecuadorian" College absence of a model of managerial leadership updated for process improvement education, which causes all critically unfold in almost all orders of human society. The afore-mentioned group is at a low level both in the socio-economic and academic, so that the methodology used by teachers must be selected with care and commitment throughout the school year for achievements that improve the educational work. Our model of managerial leadership believes that the educational leader, more than strength and put on a big say in the pursuit of quality education must meet certain axiological characteristics that complement the profile of the leading management education, the same as you exercise will allow a significant leadership for the good of the institution. This thesis has focused an important issue, "Leadership and influence in School"; subject of much coverage for both the educator and administrative leader, whose purpose is to exercise good leadership in the educational center that directs to contribute to the institutional improvement and their manager, should not forget that the success or failure of an institution depends on the leader who leads his administration. The purpose of this work on educational leadership is guiding members of this institution to improve its scope, leaving the traditional schemes and all trace of authoritarianism to make way for an animator, architect of change and transformational leadership, which benefiting the entire educational community, especially students, improving the educational process that has been in decline in recent years, making him lose his seat for years managed. This research is tight with scientific rigor regarding the use of the corresponding elements: Speculative Philosophy, Theoretical Framework, Methodology, Corrientes Epistemological. All they articulated in a logical and coherent language that give the work unit approach.
