    Programming is know to join forces, capital and other people in pursuit of common outcomes. No one would dare underestimate the importance of individual initiative and effort, but in a complex society like the present, it has been proposed with the great challenge in modern times to develop the topic called: Reintegration Program Management socio - economic, to improve quality of life of the inmates of the Centre for Social Rehabilitation of Bolivar province, city Guaranda, two thousand eleven. The author Dr. Miriam Eugenia Vásconez Escudero proposed the problem solution according to structured observations participants how the implementation of rehabilitation program management socio - economic, with chemical formulas of small industry, improve the quality of life ofInternal Social Rehabilitation Center, Bolivar province, city Guaranda, two thousand and eleven?. The research is intended to twenty-five inmates of the Centre for Social Rehabilitation of the city of Guaranda. It is noteworthy that the main contents of scientific theories are based on psychological theory, scientific study based on thoughts, feelings and behavior of inmates of the Centre for Social Rehabilitation of the city of Guaranda, also makes an approach to dialectical materialism, the importance of individual and collective needs, social cognition refers to how they perceive, think about reality, how organize knowledge, guided in information processing, cognitive dissonance, develops theory of attitude change in the self, doing group work without feeling embarrassed, that is, directed to a change in attitude, behavior, self-assertion and achievement, cognitive theory corroborated in achieving knowledge of chemical formulas, mental processes, training of learning theory finally dialectic and economic mentions that man works for the economic achievement and achieve adequate living conditions. The research is based on psychological theory, with it I was able to reintegrate socially vulnerable group. The methodological strategies are framed in research: basic, applied, exploratory, descriptive, explanatory, field, laboratory, film, literature, cross-sectional, prospective. Among the data collection procedures, was the implementation of survey, directed to fourteen inmates conditionally released, four freely controlled and seven inmates, in total twenty-five people with whom he ran the survey, based on ten closed questions. Besides structured and participant observation, qualitative and quantitative analysis gave guidelines aimed at solving the problem at hand. The results of successful implementation, both for the authorities of the center, as well as for the inmates and their families, because it is an alternative to unemployment, unemployment, quality of life possible options program management training workshop with application of chemical formulas small industry and thus the subsequent creation of small businesses. Was beneficial management training program in small industry previously established social needs, improved with changes in the conception, attitudes, relationships between inmates and families, income production, development of theoretical activities - practical. Human talents and material influenced the development of management training program of reintegration socio - economic, generated adequate supply with chemical formulas of the small industry of simple type with entrepreneurial skills, employability and training for social development - economic inmates, improved quality of life of inmates and their families with a sufficient education in regard to the appearance socio - economic development, and all those who received the training workshop, taking familiarization procedures for small industry. The program previously established and bound by the authorities was managed and disseminated to the formation of small businesses. The proposed diagnosis was no deterioration in quality of personal and family life, socio-economic aspect, prevented the reintegration into society. Most inmates are detained for murder, rape need more programs in several areas, making it impossible to insert, one of the biggest causes is the lack of technical preparation of the authorities, poor program management,human and material resources, poor social and economic education of the inmates, no programs are managed properly, economic reasons, most inmates are devoted to the study of high school and craft workshops, which do not meet the expectations of all inmates. According to analysis and description of results, most inmates are deprived of freedom for many reasons, one of them is murder, should also be mentioned within the center, training workshops are taught by SECAP, need a variety of programs and institutions dictate workshops One of them is the small industry with chemical formulas, which provides social and economic reintegration, not yet provided by such entities. In conclusion, the research work is novel, for its new products with chemical formulas of small industries such as shampoo, disinfectant, pinoklín, cream, shoe polish, liquid soap, cologne, dishwasher, among others, promoting changes in behavior, skills,therefore suggested the creation of a small business within the center, making simple products.
