    El clima organizacional del personal administrativo de la Corporación Nacional de Electricidad de Bolívar, periodo 2012-2013

    The research topic "The Organizational Climate Staff Administrative of the National Electricity Corporation of Bolivar, period 2012-2013 "is approached, considering their importance for improving care It requires good public services since they are paying for thereof. It is relevant because we are at the right time, is related to our career and also needs an immediate solution to the number of claims that they exist for the poor service provided; also it has no cost or for college, not for Electricity Corporation. Collaboration of Officials and Employees of the CNEL-Bolívar, as well users, made possible a good field research showed as resulted in the lack of a good organizational climate which results in a bad customer service; comprobándose thus the hypothesis. The main conclusions and recommendations that were reached are: No applies the merits and opposition contests to select the best officers and employees; so its application is required; personnel the CNEL-Bolivar enjoys a good organizational environment and need work at it; the staff is not trained to serve the public efficiently and to resolve conflicts so it is necessary to empower permanently; no duties and institutional rights are exercised or labor therefore required a manual for implementation; technology is obsolete and inadequate attention to the public, it is necessary to improve technology and customer service quality and warmth. Finally the proposal entitled "Manual of organizational climate to improve customer service "has the function of resolving internal problems administrative staff and there is a harmonious environment that goes beyond a good attention to the large number of customers of the institution; this improvement also the institutional image as rundown at all times. We believe that is a responsible, authentic research work, applied to the reality that can contribute to better and further research on this topic exciting and topical.
