    The role of the secretary is focused on the attention that should be given to provisions of the authorities of the institution where he works, and the service provided to users who go to these institutions for information, documents or do any paperwork; which requires that the professional have a well-trained to provide care all require personality and and efficiently fulfill its function; however we find People who work as secretaries showing a hostile attitude toward Users who seems to know what the job performance. This has directly affected the institutional administrative management there the importance of analyzing the influence on job performance administrative secretaries of the public sector of the city of San Miguel Bolivar for what was necessary to use scientific methods that allow investigation of why the situation described using instruments and techniques Suitable result of which responses were plotted given in tables that enabled statistical analysis of the results of the current situation concluding not all secretaries perform public institutions efficient in their work, as they show negative attitudes to perform their work, which through research was necessary to refine these shortcomings raising awareness of the urgency and need careful attention to users highlighting the importance of controlling the reactions in the office work so It is achieved with an appropriate academic instruction, shapely a personality and continuous training.
