dc.descriptionThis research work allowed the study of the impact of the Guide on the partners of the Chamber of Commerce of the Guaranda Canton, research is qualitative where a group of partners was taken as a sample in which the survey was applied as a technique for gathering information to obtain real data of the situation that the members were in terms of taxation issues. The research was conducted on three chapters; The first chapter is comprised of the problem pedestal for research, as well as its justification and everything about the law, existing materials concerning the subject; The second chapter covers the research methodology, analysis and interpretation of results the same ending with the development of conclusions and recommendations, what allows to carry out a third chapter that is the proposal of the elaboration and the execution of a Tax Training Plan, the same work prepared according to the needs of taxpayers. dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación permitió medir el estudio del Impacto de la Guía Tributaria en los socios de la Cámara de Comercio del Cantón Guaranda, la investigación realizada es de tipo cualitativo donde se tomó de muestra un grupo de socios en la que se aplicó la encuesta como técnica de recolección de información para lograr conseguir datos reales de la situación que se hallaban los socios en cuanto a temas de tributación. La investigación se desarrolló en base a tres capítulos; el primer capítulo está conformado por el problema el pedestal para la investigación, al igual que su justificación y todo en cuanto a la ley , material existentes en relación de tema; el segundo capítulo abarca la metodología de la investigación, análisis e interpretación de resultados el mismo que finaliza con el desarrollo de conclusiones y recomendaciones , lo que permite llevar a cabo del tercer capítulo que es la propuesta de la elaboración y ejecución de un Plan de Capacitación Tributaria, la misma se elaborara acorde a las necesidades de los contribuyentes.
