Abstract
El presente trabajo de titulación propone el diseño de plan estratégico de comunicación, para el desarrollo del turismo en el cantón Caluma, el cual, se desarrolló a través de un análisis donde se pudo observar la falta de comunicación que afecta a la promoción y difusión turística, por ellos, este proyecto está enfocado en establecer estrategias comunicacionales que permitirán mejorar la promoción y reactivación turística del cantón, en la investigación que se planteó existe un porcentaje de visitantes que desconocen de los lugares turísticos que tiene Caluma, además desconocen que el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Caluma cuente con un plan estratégico de comunicación.
El producto que se desarrolla permitirá a los destinos turísticos definir estrategias desarrolladas en beneficios de las partes interesadas entre ellos los empresarios, visitantes y autoridades del cantón Caluma.
Description
The present titling work proposes the design of a strategic communication plan for the development of tourism in the Caluma cantón, which was developed through an analysis where it was possible to observe the lack of communication that affects the promotion and diffusion of tourism. For them, this project is focused on establishing communication strategies that will improve the promotion and reactivation of tourism in the canton. In the research that was proposed, there is a percentage of visitors who are unaware of the tourist places that Caluma has, and are also unaware that the Autonomous Government Decentralized Municipality of the Caluma cantón has a strategic communication plan.
The product that is developed will allow tourist destinations to define strategies developed for the benefit of interested parties, including businessmen, visitors and authorities of the Caluma cantón.
