| dc.description | The present research word was carried out in the Parish San Jose de Chimbo which in one of the cities olds in the country, its narrow streets with its colonial infrastructure betrays them incidence craft that it holds history and tradition, contract when the invaluable experience of laborious hands of its in habitants Is for this reason that we have the need for an ethnographic study of the culture hereditary get of the Parish of San Jose de Chimbo, in order to describe the historical value of the central Parish of Chimbo at the same time raise conservation programs evaluation and dissemination of the culture heritage for the knowledge of citizen and future generations. For this research, it was feasible to apply different methodologies, it conducted interviews to artisans and authorities of the Parish in the same way for the inventory was used the technical specification n of the INPC “ National cultural heritage institute” the same as we would like tore cognize the material and immaterial goods existing in the Parish. Through the study were obtained as a result forty-one assets making us notice the parish cultural importance, which must be preserved, valued and diffused by the in habitants. This research seeks to contribute significantly to raisings strategies that are projected in five different programs, whit of getting to authorities which shall be implemented by the municipal GAD during the year. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en la Parroquia San José de Chimbo la misma que es una de las ciudades más antigua del país, sus estrechas calles con su infraestructura colonial les delata la incidencia artesanal que encierra historia y tradición, contractando con la invalorable experiencia de manos laboriosas de sus habitantes. Es por ello que se ha visto la necesidad de realizar un estudio etnográfico del Patrimonio Cultural de la Parroquia San José de Chimbo, con el fin de describir el valor histórico de la Parroquia a la vez plantear programas para la conservación, valoración y difusión del patrimonio cultural para el conocimiento de la ciudadanía y futuras generaciones. Para esta investigación fue factible aplicar diferentes metodologías, para ello se realizó entrevistas a los artesanos y autoridades de la Parroquia de igual forma para el inventario se utilizó las fichas técnicas del INPC “Instituto Nacional del Patrimonio Cultural” el mismo que nos permito reconocer los bienes materiales e inmateriales existentes en la Parroquia. A través del estudio realizado se obtuvo como resultados 41 bienes patrimoniales, haciéndonos notar la importancia Cultural de la Parroquia, las mismas que deben ser conservados, valorados y difundidos por los habitantes. Esta investigación busca aportar de manera significativa planteando estrategias que se proyectan en 5 programas diferentes, con la finalidad de hacer llegar a las autoridades las mismas que serán ejecutadas por el GAD municipal durante el año.
