La investigación surgió debido a la necesidad de mejorar el posicionamiento de la empresa, incrementar su visibilidad en el mercado y fortalecer la captación y fidelización de clientes, considerando la limitada aplicación de estrategias de marketing y el escaso uso de herramientas de comunicación digital. | |
