Abstract
El presente estudio ha sido realizado en la Distribuidora Hermanos Sánchez, con el objetivo primordial de diseñar un modelo de inventarios para el control eficiente el stock de la distribuidora “Hermanos Sánchez”, cantón Chillanes, provincia Bolívar, en el año 2022. Debido a que existe la necesidad de reducir los costes de almacenaje al identificar la cantidad óptima de mercancías a mantener en stock, manteniendo el inventario ante posibles aumentos de demanda, pero sin costes de almacenaje innecesarios.
Se ha realizado una investigación mixta, es decir cualitativa y cuantitativa; las entrevistas fueron realizadas a los empleados de la distribuidora y las encuestas fueron realizadas a 50 clientes. Se realizó la investigación descriptiva, de campo, bibliográfica, correlacional. El instrumento fue validado mediante el 0,949 del coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. Se realizó la correlación mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman, determinando que si existe relación entre las dimensiones de las variables.
Se realizó el mapa de procesos, se definió los indicadores de rotación de la mercadería más destacada en la distribuidora y finalmente se elaboró el modelo de inventarios de la distribuidora “Hermanos Sánchez”, utilizando el Modelo ABC de inventarios, se inventariaron 567 productos que asciende a una inversión total de $14.614,20.
Description
This study has been carried out at the Hermanos Sánchez Distributor, with the primary objective of designing an inventory model for the efficient control of the stock of the distributor "Hermanos Sánchez", Chillanes canton, Bolívar province, in 2022. Because there is a need to reduce storage costs by identifying the optimal amount of goods to keep in stock, maintaining inventory against possible increases in demand, but without unnecessary storage costs.
Mixed research has been carried out, i.e., qualitative and quantitative; The interviews were conducted with the employees of the distributor and the surveys were conducted with 50 customers. Descriptive, field, bibliographic, and correlational research was carried out. The instrument was validated using 0.949 of Cronbach's alpha coefficients. The correlation was performed using Spearman's correlation coefficient, determining whether there is a relationship between the dimensions of the variables.
The process map was made, the rotation indicators of the most outstanding merchandise in the distributor were defined and finally the inventory model of the distributor "Hermanos Sánchez" was developed, using the ABC inventory model, 567 products were inventoried, amounting to a total investment of $14,614.20.
