| dc.description | Hotel accounting is not only a commercial activity of hosting service but also deals with; the control, management of registration of: income, costs and expenses of a hotel that constitute a fundamental element that allows to know the real situation of this activity from the financial economic level knowing: profits, margins of profitability that allow in a timely manner take decisions. Initially the identification of the problem within the company is made, identifying the inexistence of accounting processes in the Auto Hotel Ensueño. Subsequent to this by means of preliminary approximations of the acceptance is established by the legal representative of the company and the need to define an accounting process, which generates relevant information for proper decision making. The results of the research allowed to identify activities that are generated in the hotel sector, with which it was possible to define the accounting processes that must be carried out and thus improve the administration of the different types of resources that they maintain in this type of enterprise. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | La contabilidad hotelera no solo es una actividad mercantil de servicio de alojamiento si no también trata sobre; el control, el manejo de registro de: ingresos, costos y gastos de un hotel que se constituyen en un elemento fundamental que permite conocer la real situación de esta actividad desde el plano económico financiero conociendo: utilidades, márgenes de rentabilidad que permiten de forma oportuna tomar decisiones. Inicialmente se realiza la identificación del problema dentro de la empresa, identificándose la inexistencia de procesos contables en el Auto Hotel Ensueño. Posterior a esto por medio de aproximaciones preliminares de se establece la aceptación por parte del representante legal de la empresa y la necesidad de definir un proceso contable, que genere información pertinente para la adecuada toma de decisiones. Los resultados de la investigación permitieron identificar actividades que se generan del sector hotelero, con lo cual se logró definir los procesos contables que deben de ser llevados a cabo y poder mejorar así la administración de los diferentes tipos de recursos que mantienen en este tipo de emprendimiento.
