dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between motivation and the work environment of the employees of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Guaranda canton during the year 2026. Motivation and work environment are essential factors within organizations because they directly influence employee performance, commitment, and satisfaction. The research will be developed under a quantitative approach, with a descriptive and correlational scope, using surveys as the main technique for data collection among the institution's employees. In addition, analytical and synthetic methods will be applied to interpret the results obtained. This study aims to identify the level of employee motivation, evaluate the work environment conditions, and determine the relationship between both variables. The results will provide relevant information to strengthen human talent management and contribute to improving the organizational environment within the GAD of Guaranda canton.
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como finalidad analizar la relación entre la motivación y el clima laboral de los empleados del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Guaranda, durante el año 2026. La motivación y el clima laboral constituyen factores esenciales dentro de las organizaciones, debido a que influyen directamente en el desempeño, compromiso y satisfacción de los trabajadores. La investigación se desarrollará bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un alcance descriptivo y correlacional, utilizando técnicas de recolección de información como la encuesta aplicada a los empleados de la institución. Además, se emplearán métodos analíticos y sintéticos para interpretar los resultados obtenidos. A través de este estudio se pretende identificar el nivel de motivación de los trabajadores, evaluar las condiciones del clima laboral y determinar la relación existente entre ambas variables. Los resultados permitirán generar información relevante para fortalecer la gestión del talento humano y contribuir al mejoramiento del ambiente laboral dentro del GAD del cantón Guaranda.
