Abstract
La investigación se orientó en revalorizar la cultura de la Parroquia Salinas por medio de un sistema de información SAISAL que ayude a los guías turísticos y diferentes actores sociales para la obtención de ingresos adicionales y actividades de subsistencia y con ello fortalezcan las necesidades turísticas y contribuyan a la mejora de la calidad de vida de la comunidad. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar el prototipo del sistema de información SAISAL para la revalorización cultural de la parroquia Salinas. Se empleó métodos de investigación descriptiva y deductiva. Por otro lado, mediante entrevistas, observación directa y aplicación de fichas del MINTUR, con el fin de conocer datos y opiniones para la innovación del turismo rural de la Parroquia Salinas cuyo objetivo fue recabar toda la información necesaria. Los resultados muestran la necesidad de un sistema con la información para un desarrollo turístico sostenible. Además, en la comunidad se identificó 10 atractivos turísticos de los cuales 5 con atractivos naturales y 5 son manifestaciones culturales, las mismas que fueron claves para el diseño del prototipo del sistema. En conclusión, se diseñó el prototipo de información denominado "SAISAL", tiene como propósito la preservación y difusión de la memoria de Salinas, permitiendo la organización, sistematización y etiquetado de documentos históricos, audiovisuales y otros registros relevantes del pueblo.
Description
The research was oriented to revalue the culture of the Salinas Parish by means of a SAISAL information system that helps tourist guides and different social actors to obtain additional income and subsistence activities, thus strengthening tourism needs and contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of the community. The objective of this research was to design the prototype of the SAISAL information system for the cultural revaluation of the Salinas parish. Descriptive and deductive research methods were used. On the other hand, through interviews, direct observation and application of MINTUR files, in order to obtain data and opinions for the innovation of rural tourism in the Salinas Parish, the objective of which was to gather all the necessary information. The results show the need for a system with information for sustainable tourism development. In addition, 10 tourist attractions were identified in the community, 5 of which are natural attractions and 5 are cultural manifestations, which were key to the design of the system prototype. In conclusion, the information prototype called “SAISAL” was designed with the purpose of preserving and disseminating the memory of Salinas, allowing the organization, systematization and labeling of historical documents, audiovisuals and other relevant records of the town.
