| dc.description | The few socio-economic impact measurement strategies are limiting, which have had repercussions on the housing projects carried out by the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing of the Canton Guaranda, Province of Bolívar in the period 2013 - 2014. As a hypothesis, were the housing projects of the Ministry Of Urban Development and Housing of Canton Guaranda, Provincial Bolívar, in the period from 2013 to 2014, had a socioeconomic impact on the beneficiaries? After the investigation was obtained as a finding that there is an inadequate management in the housing projects generating dissatisfaction in the beneficiaries. Where the MIDUVI delivered sixty-eight homes to the Canton Guaranda families in this period of research through three programs: Urban Housing Program where nineteen families benefited, the National Housing and Habitat Risk Program Seven families, with the National Social Housing Program forty-two families benefited in the parish of San Luis de Pambil. Discovering that of the total of these houses built twenty-two of forty-two belong to the urbanization called "Narcisa de Jesus" the same ones that do not have the basic services, despite this ten of twenty-two houses in the same Are being inhabited, have preferred to go to live where relatives, in some cases continue to live the same life as before. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Las escasas estrategias de medición de impacto socio económico son limitantes que han repercutido en los proyectos habitacionales que realiza el Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda del Cantón Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar en el periodo 2013 - 2014. Como hipótesis se planteó ¿Los proyectos habitacionales del Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda del Cantón Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar, en el periodo 2013 - 2014, ¿produjeron un impacto socio económico en los beneficiarios? Luego de la investigación realizada se obtuvo como hallazgo que existe una inadecuada gestión en los proyectos habitacionales generando insatisfacción en los beneficiarios. Donde que el MIDUVI entregó sesenta y ocho viviendas a las familias del Cantón Guaranda en este periodo de investigación a través de tres programas que son: Programa de Vivienda Urbana donde que se beneficiaron diecinueve familias, el Programa Nacional del Riesgo para el Hábitat y la Vivienda siete familias, con el Programa Nacional de Vivienda Social cuarenta y dos familias se beneficiaron en la parroquia San Luis de Pambil. Descubriendo que del total de estas viviendas construidas veinte y dos de cuarenta y dos pertenecen a la urbanización denominada “Narcisa de Jesús” las mismas que no cuentan con los servicios básicos, a pesar de esto diez de veinte y dos casas existentes en la misma no están siendo habitadas, han preferido ir a vivir donde algún familiar, en algunas casos siguen viviendo la misma vida que antes. | en_US |
