| dc.description | The research work aims to determine if the cooperative maintains or not processes to fix costs and identify if these affect productivity; Santa Fe Production, Industrialization and Marketing Cooperative, is dedicated to the production and commercialization of derivatives of different cereals such as: wheat and barley, currently has 89 partners and 9 collaborators both in the administrative and in various services, adding a total of 98 members of 5 organizations (Verdepamba, Chagcha, Santa Fe, Illapa, San Vicente) In order to properly develop the work, the approach was established, which was mixed, that is, quantitative, with the purpose of quantifying the study and qualitative variables, given that information is sought that allows knowing in a particular way the object of study for which it was It is necessary to apply a bibliographic study where documents such as books, projects, theses published in the different digital repositories of universities or scientific journals were accessed in order to know and that the readers know the components of the study. It is considered as field research since from the beginning of the same approximations were carried out in the institution considered for the work, after that, discussions were held with the representatives of the cooperative as well as surveys were applied which allowed to clearly determine the need of the institution. Identified the requirement of the institution and the processes that are carried out, it is possible to determine a cost process process that allows the appropriate pricing and maximize productivity. | dc.description.abstract | El trabajo investigativo pretende determinar si la cooperativa mantiene o no procesos para fijar costos e identificar si estos inciden en la productividad; la Cooperativa de Producción, Industrialización y Comercialización Santa Fe, se dedica a la producción y comercialización de derivados de diferentes cereales como es: el trigo y la cebada, actualmente cuenta con 89 socios y 9 colaboradores tanto en la parte administrativa como en servicios varios, sumando un total de 98 miembros de 5 organizaciones ( Verdepamba, Chagcha, Santa Fé, Illapa, San Vicente) Para poder desarrollar adecuadamente el trabajo se estableció el enfoque del mismo, el cual fue mixto, es decir; cuantitativo con el propósito de cuantificar las variables del estudio y cualitativo dado que se indaga información que permita conocer de forma particular el objeto de estudio para lo cual fue necesario aplicar un estudio bibliográfico en donde se accedió a documentos tales como libros, proyectos, tesis publicadas en los diferentes repositorios digitales de universidades o revistas científicas a fin de conocer y que los lectores conozcan los componentes del estudio. Es considerada como investigación de campo ya que desde el inicio de la misma se llevaron a cabo aproximaciones en la institución considerada para el trabajo, posterior a ello se llevaron conversatorios con los representantes de la cooperativa al igual que se aplicaron encuestas las cuales permitieron determinar claramente la necesidad de la institución. Identificado el requerimiento de la institución y los procesos que se llevan a cabo se logra determinar un proceso de costos por procesos que permita la adecuada fijación de precios y maximizar la productividad.
