Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación corresponde a una Auditoría de Gestión a la Compañía de Transporte Río Sibimbe del Cantón Ventanas año 2025, ha sido elaborada con el objetivo de presentar de manera clara, precisa y transparente las acciones ejecutadas, los logros alcanzados y los desafíos enfrentados por la administración durante el periodo de evaluación. Como responsables del trabajo de investigación en la Compañía de Transporte Río Sibimbe asumimos con compromiso la ejecución de la Auditoría de Gestión a los procesos administrativos siempre bajo los principios de eficiencia, responsabilidad, verificando el cumplimiento de objetivos. Este proyecto es producto del trabajo articulado que hemos realizado en todas las áreas administrativas que conforman la compañía de transporte Río Sibimbe el mismo que refleja el esfuerzo que realizan las autoridades para fortalecer una gestión moderna y consolidar una correcta toma de decisiones gerenciales, centrada en la mejora continua y en el fortalecimiento institucional, el informe final de Auditoría será presentado a la máxima autoridad la cual podrá hacer uso de la misma que queda a su criterio si acoge o no las conclusiones y recomendaciones emitidas.

This research project corresponds to a Management Audit of the Río Sibimbe Transportation Company in the Ventanas Canton in 2025. It was prepared with the objective of presenting in a clear, precise, and transparent manner the actions executed, the achievements attained, and the challenges faced by the administration during the evaluation period.
As those responsible for the research work at the Río Sibimbe Company, we are committed to carrying out the Management Audit of the administrative processes, always under the principles of efficiency, responsibility, and verifying the fulfillment of objectives. This project is the product of the coordinated work we have carried out in all administrative areas that make up the Río Sibimbe Transportation Company. It reflects the efforts made by the authorities to strengthen modern management and consolidate proper managerial decision-making, focused on continuous improvement and institutional strengthening. The final audit report will be presented to the highest authority, which may make use of it and will have the discretion to accept or reject the conclusions and recommendations issued.
