| dc.description | The objective of this investigation is to strengthen the institution and determine how the Strategic Plan affects the growth of the Caja Comunal Libertad y Desarrollo “La Palma” in the province of Bolívar between the years 2024 and 2028. A detailed investigation was carried out that allowedxz us to verify the components of the Strategic Plan that have an impact on the progress of the organization. Because institutional strengthening, efficiency, motivation and job satisfaction impact the development of an organization, it is necessary to promote an adequate environment and a strategic plan focused on providing good service to members. Furthermore, it is crucial to examine how the strategic plan influences the activities carried out in the Fund. The findings of this research will help determine what elements are affecting the growth of the institution and develop methods to improve the work environment and, therefore, the services offered by the institution. The research consists of five chapters: the general formulation of the project, the theoretical framework, the methodology, the discussion of the results and the proposal, and then the conclusions and suggestions. | |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo fortalecer la institución y determinar cómo el Plan Estratégico incide en el crecimiento de la Caja Comunal Libertad y Desarrollo “La Palma” en la provincia de Bolívar entre los años 2024 y 2028. Se realizó una investigación detallada que permitió verificar los componentes de el Plan Estratégico que tienen impacto en el progreso de la organización. Debido a que el fortalecimiento institucional, la eficiencia, la motivación y la satisfacción laboral impactan en el desarrollo de una organización, es necesario promover un ambiente adecuado y un plan estratégico enfocado a brindar un buen servicio a los socios. Además, es crucial examinar cómo el plan estratégico influye en las actividades realizadas en el Caja. Los hallazgos de esta investigación ayudarán a determinar qué elementos están afectando el crecimiento de la institución y desarrollar métodos para mejorar el ambiente laboral y, por ende, los servicios que ofrece la institución. La investigación consta de cinco capítulos: la formulación general del proyecto, el marco teórico, la metodología, la discusión de los resultados y la propuesta, y luego las conclusiones y sugerencias. | |
