dc.descriptionIt is important that the GAD Chillanes, 2014 Bolivar Province, have an Control Manual assets Property, plant and equipment to improve administrative management. That's why this research aims to know the weaknesses in the areas GADM Chillanes in charge of property custodian, for which were used techniques and research methods, also the data collection techniques, survey, interviews which it was performed at the same managers. The main objective of the research is to design a manual control of assets that will establish and implement procedures to implement within the institution for proper control and protection of goods and improve administrative management, enabling timely decision making. CHAPTER I Theme, background, rationale and framework problem that is divided into a frame of reference where it is located, conceptual presented are the terms used and applied in research and scientific definitions are taken from other authors, the same as They help in the research work. CHAPTER II The implementation of data collection is reported surveys such as officials and it performs the corresponding analysis and interpretation of the results of the survey as a positive result was obtained to develop a manual control, checking the assumptions, conclusions and recommendations. CHAPTER III It discloses the development of the proposal to solve the problem encountered the GADM Chillanes, is improved through the design of a manual control, it also disclosed the expected resultsen_US
dc.description.abstractEs importante que el GADM Chillanes, Provincia Bolívar año 2014, cuente con un Manual de Control de Activos Propiedad, Planta y Equipo para mejorar la Gestión Administrativa. Es por eso que la presente investigación tiene como finalidad conocer las debilidades que tiene el GADM Chillanes en las áreas encargadas del custodio de bienes, para lo cual se han utilizado técnicas y métodos de investigación, también las técnicas de recolección de datos, encuesta, entrevistas lo cual se realizó a los directivos de la misma. El objetivo principal del trabajo de investigación es diseñar un manual de control de activos que permitirá establecer procedimientos para aplicar e implementar dentro de la institución para un adecuado control y resguardo de los bienes y mejorar la Gestión Administrativa, permitiendo la toma de decisiones oportunas. CAPÍTULO I Se presenta el tema, antecedente, problema justificación y marco teórico este se divide en marco referencial donde está ubicado el mismo, conceptual son los términos que se utilizan y se aplican dentro de la investigación y científico son definiciones tomadas de otros autores, los mismos que ayudan en la investigación del trabajo. CAPÍTULO II Se relata la aplicación de la recopilación de datos como son las encuestas realizadas a los funcionarios y se lo realiza la interpretación y el análisis correspondiente de los resultados obtenidos en la encuesta lo que se obtuvo un resultado positivo para elaborar un manual de control, comprobación de la hipótesis, conclusiones y recomendaciones. CAPÍTULO III Se da a conocer el desarrollo de la propuesta para dar solución al problema encontrado del GADM Chillanes, se mejora a través del diseño de un Manual de Control, además se da a conocer los resultados esperadosen_US
