dc.descriptionThe present work of titling, aims to develop a Strategic Plan for the improvement of the Administrative Management of the Administrative Board of Drinking Water San Simón, Canton Guaranda, Province of Bolívar year 2023, which is a tool that will contribute with guidelines, which served as a guide for the adequate decision making by the president, improving administrative management and reaching the development of the organization, we proceeded to collect and analyze information provided by the organization, in addition research techniques and instruments such as the survey applied to water users were used, in addition an interview with the president was conducted. The results obtained from the implementation of the above-mentioned instruments provided important information for the development of the Strategic Plan. In the process it was found that the organization does not have strengths internally, and can not face its weaknesses, in addition it was found that the environment in which the organization operates offers important opportunities, which must be taken advantage of to mitigate the impact of existing threats in its environment. Therefore, it is recommended to implement the Strategic Plan which helps better decision-making that strengthens meeting the objectives set. dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación, tiene como objetivo la elaboración de un Plan Estratégico para el mejoramiento de la Gestión Administrativa de la Junta Administrativa de Agua Potable San Simón, Cantón Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar, año 2023, la cual es una herramienta que aportará con lineamientos, los cuales sirvieron como guía para la adecuada toma de decisiones por parte del Presidente, mejorando la gestión administrativa y alcanzando el desarrollo de la organización, se procedió a recolectar y analizar información proporcionada por la organización, además se utilizó técnicas e instrumentos de investigación como la encuesta aplicada a los usuarios del agua, además se realizó una entrevista al presidente. Los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación de los instrumentos antes mencionados aportaron con información importante para la elaboración del Plan Estratégico. En el proceso se encontró que la organización no posee fortalezas internamente, y no puede hacer frente a sus debilidades, además se pudo constatar que el entorno en el que se desenvuelve la organización ofrece importantes oportunidades, las cuales se debe aprovechar para mitigar el impacto de las amenazas existentes en su entorno. Por ende, se recomienda implementar el Plan Estratégico el cual ayude a una mejor toma de decisiones que fortalezca cumplir los objetivos planteados.
