Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de un restaurante de comidas típicas y servicio de cafetería en el cantón Echeandia, provincia de Bolívar, año 2010-2011

Abstract

Our country has a variety of natural, social, cultural resources, tourism, environmental, etc .; It is making it a tourist potential both to locals and foreigners. In Ecuador tourism continues to grow increasingly by changes in lifestyle of the population. In the Andean and coastal region is the city of Echeandía located Northwest of the province of Bolivar; It contributes to its rich hydrography to become a tourist attraction with spas, waterfalls and large commercial movement which is visited by locals and tourists who enjoy its natural attractions and cultural events, especially the gastronomy. Typical dishes prepared in the restaurants of the corner are the broth Creole dry chicken, buns, conch ceviche, shrimp, mixed rice with roast beef stew and chops, sausage soup, fish stew, Fry and others. They echeandía enter the canton week about 120 people among tourists and traders to which must be added 40% of the population belonging to the PEA, which will become potential customers for our project. From these elements research and development project feasibility aims to offer an alternative in the canton plus invest in a typical food restaurant. Echeandía Canton is located west of the province, in the foothills of the Andes, climatically belongs to the zone subtropical, which favors its economy and most of the population works in agriculture with the production of orange juice, coffee, cocoa, sugar cane, among other products
