dc.descriptionWithin this research, different objectives are proposed which can be executed, it will focus on developing a theoretical framework and ends with the development of a methodological guide which consists of the development of activities that will help improve the relationship between healthy eating and physical development within the “Los Gatitos” Child Development Center, in the period 2024. It is very important to mention that nutrition in early education is a very significant topic since it establishes eating habits that help in the health and development of children throughout his life. The activities established to improve the relationship between healthy eating and physical development focus on promoting and teaching children about necessary and appropriate foods through activities that will promote and help develop interest in consuming vegetables, greens and appropriate foods. For his age. It is important to have the support of the educators of the “Los Gatitos” Child Development Center to also encourage parents within this process and development of activities to optimize the development of good nutrition combined with adequate physical development.
