| dc.description | The main objective of this study is the construction of real estate assets for rent in the Laguacoto sector, in the Guaranda canton, province of Bolívar, for the year 2024, in response to the growing demand for housing driven by the economic and demographic development of the area. The market was analyzed, identifying the needs and preferences of tenants, evaluating the competition and establishing strategies for financial viability, considering own resources, external financing and possible alliances. Once the works were completed, marketing and sales strategies were implemented aimed at capturing the attention of potential tenants, to guarantee tenant satisfaction and loyalty. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal la construcción de bienes inmobiliarios de alquiler en el sector de Laguacoto, en el cantón Guaranda, provincia de Bolívar, para el año 2024, en respuesta a la creciente demanda de viviendas impulsada por el desarrollo económico y demográfico del área. Se analizó el mercado identifica las necesidades y preferencias de los arrendatarios, evaluando la competencia y estableciendo estrategias para la viabilidad financiera, contemplando recursos propios, financiamiento externo y posibles alianzas. Una vez completadas las obras, se implementó estrategias de marketing dirigidas a captar la atención de potenciales arrendatarios, para garantizar la satisfacción y fidelización de los inquilinos. | es_MX |
