dc.descriptionThe present research work aims to provide the Unocach corporation with the design of a manual of functions that helps improve efficiency in the administrative department where some shortcomings are found on the part of the collaborators by not knowing adequately the functions that correspond to them according to to the position they hold. In support of our research, we proceed to investigate background information in accordance with the manual of functions and efficiency, considering the objectives and conclusions of the theses investigated. For the collection of data and information, the survey is used as an instrument where closed questions are addressed that enrich the investigation by knowing what are the causes that exist and provide solutions to these problems.es_MX
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación pretende proporcionar a la corporación Unocach el diseño de un manual de funciones que ayude a mejorar la eficiencia en el departamento administrativo en donde se encuentra algunas falencias por parte de los colaboradores al no conocer adecuadamente las funciones que les competen de acuerdo al cargo que ocupan Como respaldo de nuestra investigación se procede a indagar antecedentes en concordancia al manual de funciones y eficiencia considerando los objetivos y conclusiones de las tesis investigadas. Para la recolección de datos e información se utiliza como instrumento la encuesta en donde se aborda preguntas cerradas que enriquecen a la investigación conociendo cuales son las causas que existen y proporcionar soluciones a estas problemáticas.es_MX
