| dc.description | Once the academic activities of the Accounting and Audit career of the School of Business Management were completed, we had a pending investigation work prior to obtaining a professional degree in our beloved State University of Bolívar. The credit union San José Ltd., is a prestigious institution where several people can access loans for many needs, this cooperative has very competitive staff who provide their best effort to help all partners in any concern they present, that has allowed the cooperative to place itself in one of the main institutions within the credit field. However, despite being a competitive cooperative, it has shortcomings in certain areas that can cause problems in loan collections and placements, so this research focuses on finding a solution to this problem, providing new strategies to improve financial intermediation in this institution that will help the economic growth of it. | dc.description.abstract | Una vez culminadas las actividades académicas de la carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría de la escuela de Gestión Empresarial, quedó una tarea pendiente un trabajo de investigación previo a la obtención del título profesional en nuestra querida Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. La cooperativa de ahorro y crédito San José Ltda., es una institución prestigiosa donde pueden acceder diversas personas a créditos para numerosas necesidades, esta cooperativa cuenta con personal muy competitivo que brindan su mayor esfuerzo para ayudar a todos los socios en cualquier inquietud que presenten, lo que ha permitido a la cooperativa colocarse en una de las principales instituciones dentro del ámbito crediticio. Pero sin embargo a pesar de esta ser una cooperativa competitiva presenta deficiencias en ciertas áreas que pueden causar inconvenientes en las captaciones y colocaciones de préstamos, por lo tanto esta investigación se centra en buscar solución a este inconveniente, brindando nuevas estrategias para mejorar la intermediación financiera en esta institución que ayudarán al crecimiento económico de la misma. De tal manera se puede dar por concluido el presente trabajo investigativo mencionando que la Cooperativa de ahorro y crédito San José Ltda. Es muy importante en el cantón Ventanas, siendo su labor ayudar a un sin números de personas a realizar sus proyectos económicos, pero que sin embargo esta cooperativa necesita un aporte más para superar algunas deficiencias que podrían ser mejoradas para el progreso de dicha entidad, por lo que se tiene la expectativa de mejorar varios procesos he implantar estrategias que ayuden que la cooperativa pueda realizar captaciones y colocaciones de una manera ágil y sencilla | en_US |
